When I called Bill, he was on his way to another call but said he would come that evening. Within 30 minutes, he had arrived and quickly got rid of the wasp nest we had in our backyard. What I valued the most from his service besides the fact it was free, was his friendly attitude. He shared with us some stories and information to what we could do in the future if we ever had this problem again, and raised our awareness. I highly recommend his services to anyone.

I found out I had a bee hive (explained by Bill that it was actually a wasp hive) earlier today and I called Bill to help me out. He managed to come over the same day and ready to assess the situation. He explained why I had a hive and assessed around the house. He's a very nice guy and very passionate about his work. He even helped me get rid of my ant problem! I would recommend him to everyone who needs his help!

Bill was awesome! I was trying to contact the honeybee centre to get the bees removed and I got no response for 2 weeks. I found Bill and his services and called him. Bill was awesome! Not only did he refuse my donations to a great cause, he even helped me build a new home for my bumble bees! Nice and close to the garden, but not in the part of the house they decided set up shop.... Thanks a lot Bill (and the kids, too!) After 3 years review: WE HAVE BEEs!!! Thanks to Bill's excellent bumble bee habitat design the original group of bumbles that moved into our house are happily living on their own. I have bumped it a bunch of times over the last couple years and didn't have hope they survived, but this year I accidentally knocked it over and a dozen or so sleepy baby bees came tumbling out! I can't help but think that every little yellow and black fellow in the back yard are "our bees!" Thanks again Bill!

While it took a bit of waiting/calls for Bill to arrive, which I completely understand as it's a very busy time of the year for him (wasp nests). The heat wave right now is also quite unbearable. He kindly gave us some blueberries from his farm as an apology for being late. Though Bill didn't stay for long because our paper wasp nest was only in its infancy, it was nice chatting with him. He is very friendly. Be on the lookout next year for his blueberry farm! I highly recommend and will definitely call Bill again! It's wonderful that someone is offering bee removal services. While I know how great it is for our environment, not everyone is comfortable having them in such close proximity (backyard!). Thank you so much Bill!

I texted Bill in the evening when I discovered that there was a buzzing sound coming from the clematis I was taking off of my garage. I didn't know if it was bees or wasps, but Bill came out the next evening anyways. Turns out it was a (fairly small) bumble bee nest. He took it away and even left a little butterfly net to help us curb the stray bees left behind. Wouldn't accept payment, such a great guy! Extra bonus, he saved me from having to take down the clematis on the highest point in the garage, as he pulled it down while getting the nest! THANK YOU BILL!! Highly highly recommended!!!

Bill came out 1/2 after I called him. This man knows bees. I didn't have a nest but we couldn't swim in this dreadful heat because they were drinking out of our pool and buzzing all around. He made them a drinking bowl and put it up in the trellis and even helped me put chlorinate the pool. The bees are happily drinking and staying out of our pool now. He says it's just the dry weather and we are the nearest water. He drove for 45 minutes, spent 1/2 hour and saved the day for FREE. He has impeccable integrity and loves what he does.

I just had Bill come to my house today to deal with a wasp nest in my roof. I had previously used Care Pest Control in Burnaby, although the nest came back 5 feet away from the original nest, and to my shock they would not honour their 3 month warranty after paying them 140 dollars. I was so surprised at how fast Bill responded to my email that I had sent the night before. Bill really knew his stuff and quickly delt with the wasp nest. I was so impressed with Bill and highly recommend him to anyone. He has a 1 year warranty, is much more reasonably priced, and didn't use pesticides. Call Bill before you call an exterminator, he's a great guy and will honour his warranty! Thanks Bill, I'll absolutely be recommending you to friends and family.

Bill is amazing! He came on the day we called. We found two wasps nests outside of our house: one on the gutter and the other under the front porch. There has been countless wasps flying in and out of the nests. Bill came and took care of them promptly. In addition, he walked around the house and found another one in the backyard on the deck. He kindly removed that as well. Bill is very kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. I highly recommend him to anyone who has bees or wasps problems.

Called Bill this past Saturday late afternoon and he was on site by 8pm. He quickly removed the Hornets nest and checked for other nests in the surrounding area. Great guy, great service. He really loves his job.

Last year I called Bill to get rid of what I thought was a bee hive which turned out to be a wasp nest. He applied some 'talc' to the entrance of the nest and within a few days - gone! For this 'no charge' - he just asked we remember him and that he also does power washing. This year we called him to do what I think is a large power washing job and WOW! This man is not only very nice, he does exactly what he says he is going to do - and does it as though it was his own. He did the best and neatest job we have ever had done. He said up front that he would treat our home like his own and that is exactly what he did. Highly, highly recommend! Thanks again for all your work.

Had a major swarm if bees move into the backyard and wasn't sure what to do. I called Bill and he came to the rescue. He was fast, efficient, professional and friendly...and free! Undoubtedly, if everyone who has ever contacted Bill for his service wrote a review for him then he would be running a monopoly. Not only would I refer to my closest friends and family, I would tell my enemies about him because of the magnitude of amazing service he offers. Typically, I am very skeptical about calling anyone I do not get recommended to since there is always such a high chance of being taken advantage of these days; however, I am extremely happy to have taken the chance tonight. I was able to reach him at an hour when most places would be closed, and he was prompt and punctual. Bill is a down to earth, wholesome, and an honest individual and it was more of a pleasure to meet him than to have him deal with my wasps nest issue (and I was pretty worked up about the wasps). He was quick, clean, and even let me watched him work with ease. I was really concern that the product he used would effect my dog, but he reassured me that the wasp poison and technique he uses would not harm any animals. Thank you so much for coming all the way out to Coquitlam tonight! This review does not begin to describe my appreciation for people like you!
