Insect and Rodent Exterminators, and specifically Randy B have been amazing to work with. I&R has been really easy to work with and have been able to accommodate me every step of the way. As for Randy, Not only has he done a great job solving my ant issues, but I have learned a lot from him and have thoroughly enjoyed the times we have met at the property, despite a bad ant infestation. I highly recommend both Delta Insect and Rodent as well as Randy specifically for any potential pest needs.

I first called J&J on monday, and wasn’t expecting an answer at 6 am- but was told someone would be in touch shortly to book an appointment. The first thing in the morning, Randy called me and we booked a time for him to come by for the next day, to check out my rodent (and small ant) issue. He was punctual, and beyond knowledgeable and accommodating! He got me set up for a deal on a year of service, and even went out of his way to pick up a dead mouse that I had in the house, without being asked to do so! Would highly recommend this company and Randy especially.

Quick and efficient. Wasps in attic so late in the season. It took 15 minutes to get them gone. I used 4 cans of wasp spray and didn't to a bit to stop them, should have called them from the start.

The staff in the office were so helpful and courteous, answering a lot of questions I had. Once we decided to go forward they were very quick to come out. They came out to our home, to help us with a rat issue, as well as spiders. He was prompt, professional and so awesome!! He spent the time needed with us (didn't rush us whatsoever) addressing our issues and making us feel very comfortable! That was huge!! Our first visit/service was wonderful all the way around and we are off to a great start!! I look forward to continued great service. ~Meril D
