We had tried different things ranging from the solar powered sticks that one puts in the ground (which turned out to be a waste of funds & time) to the Victor Out O'Sight Trap which I wasn't setting it up properly. "Mole" became a BAD 4-letter word to us. 1 call and 2 visits from Mike was all it took. GOOD!

ARG did a great job in getting rid of my mole. They had to come at it a few different times as the mole was tricky but in the end, the problem was addressed. I found Mike to be very customer oriented and while there was a slight misunderstanding on the billing, he was exceptional in the professionalism and understanding he displayed in addressing. Best lawn mole removal experience I could ever have conjured up, if I were to dream of such a thing! Michael came all the way to our rental property in White Rock, where moles had taken over the landscaping.. After a friendly, and not to mention, educational, consultation, ARG proceeded to lay out traps. Just one visit was all it took to eliminate the moles and, subsequently, their hills, which were hazardous to the tenant's active young toddlers. Mike from ARG Mole Removal is a pro! He came recommended from another pest control company I had used in the past who I respected highly, but they did not deal with moles. I was glad I received that recommendation and called ARG as Mike's skills did not disappoint. I found him very knowledgeable in his trade and happy to share with me his knowledge with the questions I asked him. Mike is highly professional and a great communicator who always kept me updated. Very quickly two moles were trapped in my yard and Mike even shot a little video of the catch! What I also appreciated is that Mike did his best under the circumstances to minimize the destruction of my lawn by not digging all over the place to set the initial traps. Based on my prior experience with moles and another mole removal company I used previously, they did just as much or more damage to my lawn than the actual mole did just to set traps to catch him. After Mike completed his work and the two moles were caught, in my situation you can not notice that my yard was dug to set traps underground. I would highly suggest to anyone requiring mole removal service to call ARG and not bother calling anyone else.
