This company is the best when it comes to pest control services. They are always on time when called upon to deal with pests. Their methods are effective. I have used their services twice when dealing with ants in my backyard. I haven’t seen the ants reappear.

The night I encountered my first flying cockroach scared the hell out of me of those mini beasts. I decided not to share our kitchen with a cockroach again. Honestly, I wasn't even sure it was possible as we were renting a home from the 70s, and everyone had more or less told me that it was practically impossible to eradicate roaches from older construction. On a family friend's advise, I contacted Advance Pest Control in this regard. After the first month of their treatment, we never saw a roach in our house again, something I cannot say for previous exterminators we tried. And I now feel safe at night walking into my kitchen and my bathroom. I have, since then, recommend them to one of my friend facing rats problem and a relative for the resolution of bedbugs infestation. As per the feedback I have got, they too, are very well satisfied with the level of commitment and professional services they received.

BADBUG PANIC: A LUCKY EXPERIENCE about 10 days ago, a tenant living in one of the houses under my management complained to me about some tiny insects in her bedroom, which i recognized as bed bugs, and thus began to face the crisis. after doing a lot of online research, i gathered 4 heaters to raise her room temperature to 46 degrees celsius and kept it hot for 50 hours, but after that she still found some bugs. apparently, the supposedly most effective treatment method did not work. afterwards, i hired a guy to tear off all the carpets and remove all the baseboards where there might be contamnation - my plan was to thoroughly clean/vacuum the rooms, treat them, hard-floor them and have another treatment. in the mean time, i used karosene oil heavily but still without being able to get rid of the bugs. next, i bought both powder and spray, and used them profusely but still without result. desperate, i called burnaby-based care pest and wildlife control, one of the best-established pest control companies in greater vancouver, and scheduled a canine inspection, but to my great disappoint, i found the report hopelessly undependable: since we found bugs in the room and nothing in my materbedroom, just opposite to the dog's findings. so i went through all the trouble and paid 126 dollars literarily for nothing. finally, i called mr Anwar Abid of Advance Pest Control, who turned out to be not only nice, friendly and considerate as a private individual, but also efficient, helpful, skilled, knowledgeable and experienced as a professional: it was he who found bedbugs and bug nests where the company depending on canine inspections had failed; it was he who helped me to save hundreds of dollars by encouraging me to keep my recently-bought mattresses, which i was going to throw away because the dog 'made a hit' there. it was he who did a wonderful job in steam-treating and spray-treating the unit at a much lower price. in one word, if you have a bedbug crisis, ask for professional help; if you do decide to find professional help, Anwer and Advance Pest Control (604/786-4161) is the best choice: more efficient, responsible, dependable, friendly and affordable than any you can find! a lucky experience. mike yuan, property manager editor/publisher of Poetry Pacific vancouver, canada

We had a rat problem in our house. I looked up online and called up 4 different pest control companies but found advance pest control most competitive. We set up an appointment. The guy showed up at promised time and did a through inspection of premises, found some holes in the laundry room and discovered traces of rat activity almost in the every room of the house. He Set up different kind of traps and guess what , with in 12 hours we had 2 rats caught in the traps. next day same guy showed up for follow up removed the dead bodies reset the traps and sealed off all the holes and in the laundry and around the pluming pipes in the kitchen and washrooms. Since that day we are rat free no more droppings found. we are very happy with the service and highly recommend Advance pest control.

We've used Advance pest control a few times, first with a rat & mice issue in our old place at Maple ridge, and since we've moved to Coquitlam he's helped us again with bed bug issue. About couple of months ago I started noticing a few bites on me. At first I didn’t think much of them but then I noticed a few more, I asked my husband if he was getting bitten but he didn’t show any signs. Then, some days later a bite or two turned up on my husband and now it wasn’t something that was in ‘my head’. My husband learned that we might did have a bed bug issue. We are so glad we called Anwar again. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, experienced and effective. Anwar was quick to return our phone call. He got back to us that very same afternoon and then we were able to immediately book an inspection for the next day. When he arrived, he started by asking questions and asked to see our bites. Then after inspection he explained that there was a female bed bug. I was impressed with how detail-oriented and thorough Anwar was. He pretty much steamed and cleaned everything in our bedroom. His practice is not just about pest control but he works hard to educate his clients and put them at ease. He’s a realist. We had a very severe problem of carpenter ants in the ceiling, we called Advance Pest Control. There technician Anwar was on time, friendly and extremely professional. He figured out that the problem was in the attic, the carpenter ants had a huge nest in the attic. We were so worried because they had made holes in various places. Saw dust was seen coming through those holes. We weren't sure what to do. Anwar had helped us out a lot, and got rid of the problem. We were exceptionally happy with the service. I had a rat situation at my house and called Advance Pest Control. Anwar answered my call right away and was very detailed with the process he was going to take. I asked him to come take a look and he came by the next day. When he came by, he looked through and was confident on how he could fix the situation. He was very patient and did not pressure me. I paid him the fixed rate that he mentioned and he was able to get rid of my rats in a timely manner. Anytime I had an emergency regarding the rats, I would call Advance Pest control and they would come within 48 hours. He was very reliable and dependable.
