Unfortunately the weather precluded any work being done outside, but the roof space and underfloor were treated quickly and efficiently. The two young men were most polite and pleasant.

I contacted Dawsons as i had a problem with birds nesting in the eaves and mice in the ceiling.The technicians arrived a day later inspected the home and advised me on what to do, he was very polite and courteous and went about his job and completed with no fuss. Would highly recommend

I called Dawson’s Pest Control Mornington at 9am this morning 30/3/20 and I had a technician at my house by 11.30am I couldn’t believe how fast they got out to us :) My 3 year old is looking forward to a full nights sleep without scary rats (hippos she likes to call them) waking her up in the middle of the night

Very informative and polite over the phone. Tim arrived at my home the same day and the great customer service continued, his friendly nature and confidence in his job comforted me knowing my problem was being dealt with by professionals. Tim was thorough and efficient in all aspects and I was able to return to my home 4 hours later with my house clean and secure. I called regarding an ant issue and feel the cost is fair. In future should I need to call on pest control I will be calling Dawson’s.

If you have a mouse problem do yourself a favour and save $330 and do not call these guys. We had two treatments done for mice about 3 months apart and there is no change what so ever. Still have a mouse infestation and $330 out of pocket

Hi! Very unimpressed with your service. We booked a technician to come twice and both times we were told incorrect times and technician never showed up. We reorganised our days to make sure we were home to at least meet the technician to explain the issue, which is difficult when you have 2 young kids and weekend activities to do. First time was on Mother’s Day weekend. We were told the technician would arrive anytime between 8am-1pm. Technician didn’t arrive. We ended up being late to a Mother’s Day event that day because we were waiting for the technician. We called up and were told we were actually booked in for the afternoon. Second time was 2 weeks later. Again told we were booked in 8am-1pm. Technician never turned up. We called and was told the technician was 30 mins away, would that suit us. No, because our youngest just went down for her afternoon nap. You would think that on the second appointment we would be prioritised, but the company doesn’t seem to care. There was also no option for same day service for us. We had to book at least a week or 2 weeks in advance. Imagine if we had a major pest issue with little kids in the house?! For a company with such a big name as Dawson’s this is unacceptable and unprofessional .
