Cannot recommend enough!!!!! Rick showed up and dealt with an overwhelming pest problem for us almost immediately, same day! As an expectant mama with four other kiddos, I was overwhelmed completely and to be honest, very worried about chemicals around our pets and children. Rick was reassuring, professional, and knowledgeable in eradicating the pests and answered my many questions about keeping our family and pets safe and even took the time to help my hubby move furniture for fumigation etc as I couldn’t do any lifting. Noticed a PILE of ants all over my couch after i had just moved in the day before. Called him at 0600 not really expecting an answer so i let it ring 3 times and hung up. He called me back right away and ontop of that was here by 0800. Later i asked and he actually is open 24 hrs! Super friendly, very personal very professional. Loved my dogs and when he came back out even brought them treats. Earns a 5 star in my books, also uses all natural products so me and my dogs are safe. The bees he didnt take care of. He actually brought them in (at my request) and now i have organic honey!

Could not be more please with Rick’s professionalism. I had noticed some bees flying around our house and into our basement while we were having work done on our furnace. With having two children under two I was very worried. Rick rushed on over and took a full look anywhere they could be hiding. He did find a small nest and took care of it for us and did a double check just to be sure. He not only did a check for the bees but possibly any other pests that may had been hiding in our crawl space. And noticed some old mice droppings and told is what to look for. I will 100% only be using Rick from here on out. He gave me so much peace of mind for me and my children. Honestly the best!

Our experience with Rick's Pest Control was very good. Rick personally answered the phone & came onsite with his helper the following day. They looked after the "scratching" noise coming from our attic. They took the time to see where this pest came in from & offered various solutions & the problem seems to be resolved. Rick followed up the next day via text to see how things were, which was a nice personal touch.

On May 20th Rick's pest control came down and did a mold ozination in my mom's house and he did an awesome job killing all the mold spors and now she has no more mold.
