I called about a bed bug problem was talked into a $2000.00 TREATMENT with a 6 month guarantee. They have made three trips here, and now will not return my call. So now I am out over 2 grand and they are still here having a great time. Had to spend even more money on the sprays to get rid of them myself. The treatment did not work, 6 weeks later I'm getting super itchy welts again. The guarantee is not good - you have to actually find a live bedbug for them to re-treat. Bedbugs hide super well, especially in small infestations. I've lifted my bed and boxspring up 3 different times since and checked baseboards and bedding and boxspring, can't find. But they're there and biting me at night. I'm out $2000 dollars and regretting not going to poulin's for their chemical treatment service, which i could've gotten 4 of, for the price of this ineffective one. I was counting on Responders to exterminate successfully the first time as there website brags about, so i wouldn't have ended up missing the holidays with my family due to bug spreading concerns, which i now will be missing out on.

Had these guys come down and help with a bedbug problem, excellent staff, good price compared to other exterminators. Went for the heat treatment and haven't had any problems. Josh came down and helped prep the house which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I have never had this issue before I didn't know what had to be done before they started their work. The next day they started the heaters. Josh and Rhys are great employees, very knowledgeable and professional. Very happy I decided to go with this company.

I’m a very diligent reviewer and out of 5 stars, I rate Responders Pest Control all 5. I’m a building manager and it’s my job to manage and fix any problem within the building in a timely manner. In that regard Responders Pest Control helped tremendously. They even came in on weekends and attended meetings personally with my tenants. That latter service helped my tenants feel more at ease, especially with having an authority to speak with them and explain everything.

Excellent Service from the start! When I called to set up an appointment, Responders worked around my schedule and were able to come within the day. Both the person I spoke to on the phone and the Guy that came to my house seemed extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process of the traps and poison. Not only did they help me get rid of my mice, but he also noticed that I had the start of a squirrel nest in the attic. He took care both issues during the same trip! In spring they are going to follow up to seal any openings where the rodents are coming into my home. Great service and very affordable price! Definitely would use again. Fingers crossed I don't have too.

We have a wasp issue, with wasps behind bricks on the front of the house. Called Responders who came out saying they could take care of the issue. All they did was spray raid and leave again. Obviously this did not work, as the queen was not affected. Have now called Poulin's who will come out and put the required powder at the opening. Poulin's also guarantee their work, so if they don't get it the first time, they will come back again - no charge.

I called, no answer. Left a message explaining that there is a wasp nest under our deck and a family member being held hostage in the house by the wasps. I also completed their online form. No response. Same results at three of the four companies who advertise wasp control and a quick reply. So disappointing.
