They didn’t remove the mice nest from my car then had the audacity to tell me in 4 days a nest the size of my foot could of been made again .... they were rude, unhelpful & I do not recommend anyone paying for their services when they don’t even follow through! They will not be getting money from me I’d rather give it to Thomas restoration the people who actually removed the nest & were very helpful. Good day

The initial call was very informative, friendly and promising. Service was supposed to be for 3 visits, traps and thorough inspection of the house and sealing holes and gaps. The subsequent visits were just adequate. Bait was placed but not much was done as far as follow up or prevention. May have been due to our house but there was no mention that this might be the case when we initially booked. I had to follow up to actually have someone come out even though the tech wrote next visit date on our service paper. So some lack of communication there. They still haven't come out for the third visit but I guess bottom line the mice are gone. Customer service and follow up are lacking. I wouldn't use them in the future.

I paid for your service. You did not complete the job. You said "my guy says you.dont have mice,." I do have mice. Please complete the job I paid you for or refund some of my money so I can hire a company who will complete the job.

They will charge you for additional follow up. Do yourself a favour and go with the bigger companies. They charge you the same price for less service. They do not guarantee their service and I have thrown out 300$ when I could have spent the same amount with a guarantee and a follow up visit.

They completely trashed the apartment turing over all the furniture and leaving it that way and cut holes in intact furniture and ripped mattress covers. The owner came across like a complete fool and refused to apologize for the damage. Dont go near this company.

I started noticing issues with mice in my house so I knew I had to have someone come to my house and take care of the problem. I’ve known Gilles for years and have always had pleasant experiences with him so there was no question that’s who I was calling, felt like calling home. He responded quickly and the issue was taken care of. Haven’t had any issues since his technician came to my house to deal with the problem. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

Amazing service. Dan came very quickly after I called. He figured out what was happening (I had squirrels in my ducts and he figured out how they got there) and explained everything he was going to do. Very Rude. He left a notice at the door for pest control at 2:00-3:00pm, then expected us to move everything for the following morning when we didn't get home until 6:00pm. We phoned him that night to ask about it because it didn't seem like much notice. He responded that we were rude phoning him so late (about 7:30 pm), and hung up. He was very rude.

He was getting mad at all the questions I was asking and complained he had been up since 6am. Might want to reality check whether you should answer the phone when in that kind of nasty mood!

Have to say I was very impressed with Matt during each of his visits. Game plan was discussed and he considered our input for types of traps and follow up visits. Our concern was mice potentially getting I. Some weak spots and he cleaned one of our vents (unexpected) and sealed it up for a very reasonable fee. We booked due to our past company wasn’t getting back to us, and very glad we did!

I'd like to share my great experience with Gilles Lambert Pest Control. I call Gilles at 8 PM because my wife saw a mouse in the house as she has phobia, we needed immediate help. Gilles sent 2 crew member at 8 AM sharp the next morning. We are now mouse free. I would recommend him any day of the week.

I highly recommend Gilles Lambert Pest Control. I recently found a bed bug coming through the doorway of my apartment suite and it freaked me out. Building management immediately called Gilles and they sent in their staff to inspect. Gilles sent Jhay and Dan and they immediately got to work. Although there were no signs of infestation, the building management had to do their due diligence to ensure the bed bugs wouldn’t spread, so unfortunately we had to get treated. Jhay and Dan walked us through what we needed to do and gave us tips on how to prepare efficiently before the treatment. Upon our return after the treatment, we were happy to see that they had left the exhausts on and all the drawers and cabinets open to air out and dry. They even left little cardboard bug detectors so we can monitor any critters that may have survived. Gilles sent us amazing employees to represent their company. I was truly impressed by their knowledge and professionalism, while they assured us by addressing all our concerns. Thank you!

Previous to using Gilles Lambert pest control I had used Poulins in Winnipeg and was very disappointed in the response not just staying on hold for 10-15 minutes but also how long it takes for an appointment. When they did finally come by everything is additional charges and very high fees and I found that they didn’t explain exactly what the process was which kept me asking a lot of questions. It seemed like they just wanted to get out of there on to the next call. II found my technician Terry personable and very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Also gave some great suggestions. This morning I was hearing some noises in my heat register I called Gilles and he sent someone down within 4 hours that day that’s unheard of with Poulins. I am so impressed with their professionalism.I am happy to speak to any customers through via Gilles lambert if they want me to define my experience. When I called Gilles Lambert and told him I was frustrated because I had cockroaches for three years at Avenue Living and that they had been through 5 different exterminators, he replied "It's not the end of the world.." and he would not even tell me what he had done in my apt, when I asked him. I would never recommend him to anyone, ever!

My landlord contacted this company to get service done. My landlord then reaches out to me to provide me company name and phone number and asked me to call them for all updated information as I am moving from another province. When calling the gentelman who answers the phone is extremely rude asking who I am and he would rather discuss this with the customer who is paying. I advised him the the customer who is paying asked me to call you. He then gets the info i need from the gentelman who serviced the home and proceeds to tell me they will go back in on Tuesday the 11th! Today is Wednesday the 12th I call and get the same rude gentelman telling me he can't remember why I am calling even after giving him the address...tells me he has to call service guy and to call him back... I call him back to him telling me he will send his guy back in today because they forgot:( then proceeds to tell me that he would rather discuss with paying customer when the paying customer has requested I call them! His attitude sucks and believes he can speak to customers how ever he wants. This company provides very poor service as well as customer service. Please reserch your companies before waisting your time on this one

I found Dan and the owner to be rude and judgemental. I personally wouldn't use them but my landlords swear by them. I believe in following up with a customer and that doesn't seem to be their motto once so ever even though they promise they will.

I can handle pretty much anything but I draw the line at bed bugs. I was mortified. I called around but wait times were insane. When I called Gilles Lambert Pest Control they actually had someone out later that day. I was very lucky, even if I had to wait a day or two for them to come I would have been ok as some companies had a week to two week waiting period before they could even take a look. They were very professional. Explained what they were going to do and what I had to do to help with the success of getting rid of these gross things. They came the following day and did their treatment and later did a follow up. I was amazed at how fast they responded and how kind the tech guy was. Company's seem to be out for the buck but these guys actually seem to care. I very highly recommended them. Keep up the amazing work guys.

Eric came and eradicated our mouse problem by thoroughly inspecting every possible way for them to get in. He spent a lot of time searching for cracks and openings and sealing them up with foam. He laid traps and poison and followed up with a thorough inspection two weeks later. No more mice!! Gilles Lambert is truly the most professional and effective pest control company in the province.

We had a problem with mice. Figured we could handle the problem ourselves, boy we were wrong, it seemed to have gotten worse. Phoned around and Gilles was the only company that could come out the same day. When the exterminator showed up, they were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They inspected my home, found holes that I missed and did an amazing job putting traps in our house. Within a week the mice were gone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I was very afraid after finding a bug on my fridge that it was a bed bug, even though I live in a house I just freaked out. I called and he answered right away and even got me to text him pictures of the bug. He answered the text right away and assured me it was just an outdoor beetle, and if they got bad he can help with them too. I am forever grateful for his quick reply and help even at 8:00 pm!
