It's a great shop. But l give it only 3 stars because of its high prices. Sometimes a higher price means a better quality but it's not "always" the case here. However l keep going there as they have occasional sales (similar to Walmart etc) with some specific items: almond milk, cheese, eggs, selection of fruits/vegetables, cookies....so with sales these items become of similar price to other stores. I recommend you to check it out always.

Sobeys in my opinion is one of the nicest grocery stores I've ever been in. The staff are unreal!! Polite very helpful and for a man make grocery shopping enjoyable. When the staff call you by your name and wish you a great day it's next to none. I just ran into the manager Marcel who went out of his way to come over and say hello. So for me Sobeys gets a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
