After receiving few quotes, I decided to go with Provincial Pest Control. Technician arrived on time, carefull listened what I need. So, technician did FREE thorough interior and exterior inspection. We have found some mice issue in our kitchen under stove. We called to few companies to compare prices and the way how they will treat the issue. After browsing a little and few phone calls we found in Homestars Free Pest Inspection.Ca and decided to go with this company. Vugar offered interior and exterior perimeter inspection and plugging few small holes with steel wool from outside. As it was promised, technician did interior perimeter/exterior inspection and gave his best recommendations. Mice job wise completed (installed stations in main floor, basement). He also offered and strongly recommended exterior rodent station. During exterior perimeter inspection, he found carpenter ants issue and offered reasonable price for ants treatment (exterior perimeter only). So, we got amazing service. Mice and ant problems was removed the same day in very professional manner and for reasonable price. Thank you very much Vugar for professional service and high end customer service.

I live in building unit. Provincial Pest Control took over our building recently. All changed since this company start to take care of infested unit in our building. All (bed bug, cockroach) treatments apply twice by default and inspected during few weeks after second treatment. Quality of treatment is amazing. They way how they talk to you and trying to understand your pest problem is amazing. I never seen any service provider as Provincial Pest Control.

TorontoPestControl.ca treated our house for a mice last summer. After the treatment, problem just disappeared. We were happy. Three weeks ago we found some mice droppings in basements and called for the same control for FREE PEST INSPECTION. Technician has been sent the same day. FREE INSPECTION APLIED, droppings removed. Stations rebated for free of charge. I did not really expected that service at all. Did not see any mice evidence since. Guys, thank you very much for such a great respect and service. As my first experience with a PEST infestation left me traumatized, with countless sleepless nights, I understand how difficult it could be to find someone that is competent, safe (COVID-19), and can get the job done (as it takes multiple visits that costs money). I want to be honest, I am scared of COVID-19 and I was nervous allowing someone in. I had no choice, it was my sanity or the risk of COVID-19. I have heard about this guys before from my neighbour. They offer free pest inspection if you need it. So, I contacted and booked an appointment for weekend. Vugar came on Saturday. He thoroughly inspected out kitchen, basement, garage and exterior perimeter. What I did like about this guys, he used snake camera and showed me mice droppings behind wall kitchen wall by sink spot. It was really professional. Vugar also offered me 20% discount because I was first time client. He also installed a station in backyard to handle rodent issues outside as well. We recently moved to new apartment and sometimes seeing crawling insects (millipede, small ants). It’s been one month since the treatment and I’ve seen fewer ants. He will come back again to treat the outside perimeter when the weather warms up as part of the service.

Vlad is a most excellent person - I cannot say it better than that! What makes him so special? He listened to me (which is important to me with my learning disability), but he listened not because of my disability, but because he is such a caring and quality person. Some people criticize my questions but Vlad is patient and friendly when he explains the answer. He willingly goes over things a 2nd time if necessary. As for the technical part of the matter, he is so knowledgable, and knows just what to do. He is truly an amazing and friendly gentleman, in the truest sense of the word, and although my infestation has been hard to take, I am absolutely grateful that Vlad stopped by and helped me. Part of an infestation from my point of view is the healing afterward ("will I ever be bug free", "Will I ever sleep peacefully again", "Did I just see another bug", ...and a lot of other questions we all ask, or rather, torment ourselves with). Take it from me: with Vlad on your side, you will be ok, and he will treat your questions and you with respect. Thanks Vlad! ????

We contacted several companies to get quotes on our pest problem. All companies provided a quote over the phone but Vugar was the only one who offered to do a free inspection. Within a few hours, Vugar stopped at our house (on a Saturday no less) and did a thorough inspect including the use of a snake camera to look around and under the cupboards. He showed us what he found, explained how he would treat it, and then gave a competitive quote. What we really liked about Vugar is that he was friendly and did not make are hard sell. So we went with him. He did a primary treatment of our kitchen and bathrooms and then scheduled a follow-up treatment the following week. The following week he checked in with us and applied a final treatment. So here we are now, about a month and a half after treatment, and the bugs are all gone. In the future, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call Vugar again.

THE COCKROACH WHISPERER Our apartment complex has had other pest control firms come in over the years. They came and went. Usually, tenants did not even speak to the guys doing the work. They were impersonal. They didn’t really care about us or our individual problems. Then Vugar arrived on the scene. I was amazed. He cares! In fact, he is relentless, even obsessive—exactly what I want in a pest-control guy. Even before the first treatment, he took the time to discuss with me specific problem areas in my apartment. Then he described exactly what he was going to do, and why. He left me with some roach traps so we would know how bad the problem was before he even started. After the first treatment (fogging), he left me more roach traps so we could determine success. Several days later, he unexpectedly arrived my door to look at the traps and photograph them. His dedication inspired me to learn about cockroach biology online. He listened patiently as I explained my theory—based on elementary physics and what I had learned online—as to why cockroaches do not like to walk diagonally across walls. (This actually did have something to do with my particular problem.) After the first treatment, the number of roaches in the traps was dramatically reduced. I thought one treatment would be enough, that all we had to do was wait it out. Vugar would have none of this. “Every single cockroach must be tracked down and destroyed,” he insisted, “Or I will not rest.” The second treatment was dusting. I wanted Vugar to spread dust on parts of the floor seldom walked on. He refused, telling me cockroaches seldom just walk around randomly. They favour edges and cracks, along baseboards, where they hide easily and deposit their egg sacks. Vugar was right. Immediately after the second treatment, only a couple of roaches in all the traps. Then no more. He was supposed to return two weeks from now to inspect. But he appeared today for a quick check of the traps. Only two cockroaches in all the traps! I thought he would be happy. His eyes narrowed; his brow furrowed. “No, we cannot stop until all are gone,” he said gravely. When he returns in two weeks to inspect will he be satisfied? I don’t know, traps will tell. I do know that complete eradication of the roaches will happen—I think it already has. I will cooperate with him completely. We are a team now. I am an old man. I am tired. Now I have a reason to live! I look at the dirty plate on the counter. “I'll leave it until tomorrow,” I tell myself. No! Vugar would not approve, and he would be right. Get up and wash it now. I am prevailing on the building manager to keep Vugar as our permanent pest control guy. He is our Cockroach Whisperer. He does not seek to tame them. He whispers them to their doom.
