I have dealt with pests from time to time on my property. I called Matt in the office and he set up a service plan for monthly rodent control for my home. I found Green Thermal Solutions with a Google search. I called the number and told the person on the phone I was hoping for some free advice. I own an Airbnb rental outside of Canada and a few days ago I received a disturbing message from a renter telling me he though he was bitten in my house by bed bugs. I have a 5 star rental and flawless reviews , I was panicked and didn t know how I could check for bed bugs without having to fly to Europe immediately. Sam took the time to answer all my questions even though he knew I couldn t hire him. He give me specific advice on how to find bed bugs and how to shop for the right company to verify my potential problem. I even called back with some additional questions. After finding out that I possibly had bed bugs I called Sam and Kathy to come for in an inspection. They found 2 bugs right away! They know exactly where to look and give incredible advice. I wasn't able to go with them for the treatment as my building doesn't allow outside contractors for bed bug treatment as they have their own company..... BUT I still got Green Thermal to do caulking around the perimeter of my apartment. Dale did a thorough and a fantastic job, he was also really friendly and was a pleasure to have around! So this is a late review about Green Thermal Solutions, me and my family were so disturbed and scared by bed bugs that I decided to wait and see the results first before dropping a review. We got bb problem in some of our furniture when we used to live in an apartment, the neighbouring apartment was getting bb treatment and they managed to crawl and get on our side through the wall and since then we were trying so hard to get rid of them, they even ended up causing an infestation in our new house when we moved, we did several chemical treatments, DIY treatments, cleaning etc but they always used to come back after few days and my parents were most affected by them. I decided to get professional help and found Green Thermal Solutions, from beginning Sam was very professional, polite and understanding, he explained everything thoroughly and sent me a preparation list for treatment that was concise and clear. Due to a family issue I had to postpone the appointment by few weeks and Sam was very understanding there as well. The two guys (I forgot their name) who came to treat our home were very friendly and gave us a brief description about what they will be doing. After almost whole day of heat treatment our house was feeling like a furnace, no wonder no bb survived and other than dead bugs we didn't encountered those critters. I would like to convey my thanks to Sam and his team, the heat treatment really works in just one appointment without any harmful chemicals or multiple visits.

I was freaking out thinking that I had bed bugs. They provide the heat treatment service so I wanted to go with them if I ended up having them. The other companies I called used toxic chemicals and the process to save your furniture and clothes is not an easy one at all.. Sam answered the phone and had a trained dog with a lovely trainer come to my house that day. Thankfully for me Elvis, the wonder dog determined I had no bed bugs. Ended up I had carpet Beatles. Instead of trying to charge me for getting rid of them he walked me through what I had to do and has been there to answer any questions I have, even after a week. His professionalism, kindness, and knowledge puts him above any other company. I've used. I highly recommend his company for any pest issues. If you want someone you can trust call Sam. We definatly had a bed bug issue. I used every resourse available before calling in professional help. Steve Rogers and , Duarte arrived at my house and within 30 minutes I knew I had made the right decision. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. When I got home after the treatment I could definatly tell they had gone above and beyond. We learned after accepting a used couch (never again) that it came with bed bugs. I called about 6 other companies that used pesticides and I didn't want that. After an exhausted attempt to find someone that didn't used chemicals I came across Green Thermal Solutions. Sam was very courteous, understanding and patient even in my panicked frenzy and a million questions. It was a couple days before Christmas and he sent Duarte to come Heat treat our home. Duarte is professional,compassionate,thorough beyond words,I loved that I come home to a very hot home and saw items askew because I knew he got all areas of my home. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend this company. We are still in the paranoid and being extremely careful stage but also more relaxed too. Kudos to your company and employees Sam!! As Duarte and I discuss, I hope the only time we ever see each other again is shopping in the mall!!!

Please do not get fooled! We had a service call against the advice of a friend who had a bad experience with this company. We were told we had bed bugs and were quoted an outrageous price. We then decided to called 2 other companies for a second opinion and BOTH said they did not need to do any work because we Did not have bed bugs and we were being scammed. The service tech actually said “ I can smell them” he showed us no proof and almost scammed my wife into believing he could smell bed bugs in a brand new home . I am not one to write reviews but it is Important to me not to allow scammers to take advantage of people. Do not get scammed there are many other reputable pest control companies out there.

I had concerns of bedbugs I talked to Sam who came out late in the evening. He did what I think was a detailed inspection and stated he sees No Signs of bedbugs. Silver fish and potato bugs - he knows his stuff - no bedbugs. He offered canine inspection for a very reasonable price. I declined but this fella was super respectful and professional. I hope I never have to use his company but if I get bedbugs Green Thermal Solutions is my choice.

A lady that works on houses called Kathy came to bring bed covers to the 92 year blind lady I live with and yelled at her for not writing a check when she didn know what was happening. Lil was very scared and refused to come home for hours until i phoned and made them promise Kathy would never contact or come here again. They did as they say and since we are bb free. It was hard havin to be out of the house for so long with a blind older lady . The house was very hot when we got home still. Alla took care rite away when I called about the problem with the yelling worker. They came to check on Lil a few days later and gave her a free bedcover and some treats. Fixed but still scary.

Stay away from these people! They are liars, cheaters and wont fix your problem. As soon as they get bad reviews, they change their company name. We should have done our homework better and listened to our instincts, but they purposely deceive people through fake reviews. Their reviews are all done by themselves, family, or friends...often even from a different province. They put a lot of effort to do a bad job instead of putting that effort into doing good. We trusted them in our time of need to get rid of bedbugs, and they took our money, ruined our property, and didnt even get rid of the problem. Jay McKinney and Ella Burr are scammers. They are a disgrace to our community.

If you have any bugs Call SAM!!! Sam was extremely respectful and helpful. He called me back right away and was always patient and there to answer any questions I had. As a flight attendant I travel and stay in a tonne of different hotels. Biggest fear is bed bugs. They brought an amazingly smart, cute dog over to determine that they were indeed bed bugs. I didn't want to use toxic chemicals to treat the problem. Their heating treatment was quick and effortless and safe. I didn't have to throw out all my clothes as I thought I would have had to. Sam was and is so helpful and knowledgable. He really put my mind at ease and made this nightmare turn out to have a happy ending. I highly recommend his company for any pest issue. It has been 3 months now. I called Sam in Nov 2/19. He came out in gave me a quote. I did what he asked me to do. it was a pain with 2 dogs and out of the house all day. but it got done . The staff are great in hard working. Just be four Xmas they came by to check out my house at no cost. I had people over for the holidays and not a worry. I hope to not see Sam again. However I will highly recommend them.

After months on end of trying so called home remedies that we found on the internet as well as failed spray treatments, we decided to bite the bullet and get a heat treatment done for the bed bug issue in our apartment. Every single person who we spoke to on the phone or dealt with in person, not only treated us with professional courtesy, but with friendly respect, which is something anyone who has ever dealt with bed bugs knows is not easy to come by. At a time when we were at our wits end and used to no one wanting to even come near us just due to the stigma of bed bugs, the people at Green Thermal Solutions went out of their way to treat us as if we were friends and not the pariahs we had begun to feel we were becoming. The heat treatment lasted just the one day, but it was necessary to stay out of the apartment for an extra day so we weren't dying from the heat ourselves. Green Thermal Solutions also sent someone by about a week or so after the heat treatment to spray around too, just to help ease our anxiety about any missed bugs, at no extra cost. At the time of writing this, we have been 8 months bed bug free, which is something we were beginning to think we'd never be able to say. If you, like us, are going through the absolute hell that a bed bug infestation will bring to your life, we implore you, don't cheap out. Don't try the home remedies, they won't work. Recommended by a few different people who had treatment.The guy that came to our house (J) was courteous and professional. They came and did a no charge assessment all the other companies I had stop by charged us minimum $100. Told us he couldn't find any bed bugs specifically but there was definite evidence we may have them and told us we should get a second opinion. We had 4 more heat companies come in and they all said yes we do have them without ever finding a bug. we ended up choosing them because their price was more than fair and there customer service was excellent from the first call. Liked their honesty. Have already told some friends about them.

Young man came over and told me I didn't have bugs even though I said I did. He checked my rash and we figured out it was laundry soap not bed bugs. 6 months later when I did have bugs called him back. Came for free we found bugs this time. He gave me a senior discunt price. Bugs are gone.
