No surprise a Dodge dealer not providing any kind of service/help if you didn't buy your vehicle there. Drivers seat broke (wouldn't recline back after being forward), traveling home and stopped here for some help but wouldn't do anything for us and told us to call the dealer we got it from 5 hours away. Had to figure out a quick fix in their parking lot ourselves. If you plan on wanting good service seems like a good idea to stay away from this place if buying a new jeep/dodge

They took my truck on short notice, repaired the water pump under recall and performed other recalls. Communication and explanations were a little poor regarding the pricing initially, but when I called back to clarify they did. As with any other dealership, a little pricey, but hey, I'm back on the road. So worth the extra dollars.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. It was nearly 3pm before it was done. I'm not sure why an oil change takes.2 hours here when it's no more than 30 minutes at a quick oil change place (without an appointment!). At least there was free Wi-Fi.
