They are WONDERFUL! We moved in one year ago to a home that had an incredilbe mouse problem. Lee came right over and got us on a monthly plan that we noticed starting working right away. We havent seen a mouse since she has come and are thrilled. On top of the pest control working, Lee is THE BEST! I cancelled Nature's Way some time ago after a transition from JP to Lee. It seemed too difficult to get advance notice for visits to apartments I manage. Considering advance notice is the law, it's kind of important. Even on occasions with advance notice, Lee rarely called ahead of time to give me a chance to meet with her to provide full access. There were times when she just relied on the tenants for access which shut me out of the process. She also was unaware of the location of traps already laid out by JP. I continue to find traps to this day. While everyone was very nice at Nature's Way, they are a bit too disorganized for my taste.

They were able to schedule an appointment right away for me when I called and they have been willing to work with my schedule for follow up appointments. I had a pretty serious infestation with mice; we were catching at least 2-3 a day in my basement and godninky knows how many more there were that we didn’t catch with snap traps. I called Nature’s way and they sent Lee and her coworker out (sorry I forgot his name). They did a thorough inspection of my house and the paremeter and set up bait stations outside and inside. After one month, a couple of the bait stations outside were completely eaten. We ended up also having some rats visit us who eventually ended up dying from eating the bait as well. It has been six weeks, and I have yet to see a dead mouse or any evidence of any mice hanging around. Lee is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Their services are pretty much guaranteed too. Do yourself a favor and end your problems with unwanted visitors by calling these guys. ???? ????

We kept getting ants in our home, which was very odd because we are very neat people, more so after we realized we had ants. We tried every thing from ant traps to sprays, nothing worked at all. We called in an exterminator and the ants disappeared for a short time but were back in full force. Then I decided to call Natures Way. I am glad I did because they got to the root of the problem. We lived in a duplex, so the ants were coming from the other apartments which were never treated. Why did the last pest control company not even acknowledge this possibility? Natures Way pointed this out right away. Which just goes to show they don't leave any leaf unturned. They address the root of the problem so it does not keep happening. Now we can rest easy, thanks Natures Way!

I wouldn't recommend Nature's Way. They came out to my home 3 times to treat for carpenter ants and applied a treatment inside and outside. While they were very nice when they came, they put a product on the outside of my log home that burnt off the stain, not only leaving huge globbed on drips of the product on my walls, but with the stain removal, large spots of unstained wood. I was left to fix the issue. They were somewhat responsive when I called with this issue but at the end of the day, had no interest in helping me resolve it. They were not aware of any issues with the product, and simply referred me to the manufacturer of the product. No interest in looking into the issue deeper to better understand the product for future use, and no interesting helping me further. They were kind and did get rid of the ants (hence 2 stars) but ultimately created a bigger issue for me to resolve and didn't have an interest in helping.

Nature’s Way is a wonderful, natural solution to our Asian lady bug and cluster fly problem. We had quite an infestation! At one time we used harsh chemicals thinking that was the only way to get rid of them but now we know we can use a natural ingredient such as peppermint to ward of these pests. Natures way people are nice and always follow through when they are scheduled to come. It’s a 3-4 time application because it’s not the awful poison that is used as a one and done solution. The price is pretty comparable to the company’s that use the harsh chemicals. I highly recommend them and we can save our planet together.

I tried supporting a local exterminator to get the wasps removed from my home, but despite claiming they service northern and southern Vermont, they state they don’t service areas just outside of major cities like Burlington (ie Bristol, Vergennes) due to lack of demand. If the demand is here, as I’m requesting service, why not accept service? It’s not far from Burlington and you can’t claim you service northern and southern Vermont if you’re going to ignore the areas that are within those regions.

Overall a disappointing experience. The gal that comes out to sell you various services (Lee?) seems quite sharp and knowledgeable, but the gal they sent out to perform the work was clueless, and contradicted much of what Lee stated. She clumsily tried to set us up with additional services without performing the ones we'd already agreed upon, and more or less intimated the money we'd spent thus far was a waste. Our first treatment, which we came to find out was a "replant", resulted in an explosion of carpenter ants throughout our home. We had up to this point, never seen one inside before. Further, as part of our agreement, they were supposed to treat for ticks and mosquitoes as well, which did not happen. Their representative indicated we'd receive a call "next week" (almost two weeks ago) to schedule a separate visit where this work would be performed, which never materialized. In the end, we've decided to go with someone else for pest control. Even though Nature's Way did not perform the original services to our satisfaction, we are still out $175 for the experience.

She's very nice and professional, but she puts the fear of God into neighborhood mice...they don't dare enter my home!!! I stopped home during her scheduled treatment Friday (9/1) and she pointed out some wood rot at two outside basement windows that might attract carpenter ants. Sure enough the ants appeared the following day, my contractor came over, and he will replace the rotted windows this week. My house will not be invaded by the ants thanks to Lee's thoroughness. I strongly endorse her work.

The techs are wonderful, and knowledgeable. The receptionists not so much. Im having to replace doorways four months into my "contract" because they are not available at any time To comes pray for carpenter ants. But instead of being truthful and honest the receptionist on multiple occasion's came up with a ridiculous answer. I understand a busy schedule, but we also called about multiple hornet's nests, that we ended up having to take care of ourselves.
