Always so professional, courteous and discreet. They really get the job done. I hate to speak too soon but we started with them about 3 years ago. They fixed our bee issue outside of our house, then we had a fly issue and then a spider issue. So far knock on wood, nothing. I love this crew!!!! There's an unspoken agreement, right? Bugs live outside, we live inside. Occasionally, we'll see a spider or some ants in the house. Or a fly gets in and buzzes around. Okay. I can deal with that. And any critter that is brave enough to come inside does so at his own risk. Since it will most likely be captured and tortured by the cats. But you know where I draw the line? When I see a m*****rf******g GIANT A** cockroach INSIDE MY HOUSE. Sipping on a bit of water that was spilled on the kitchen floor. Just hanging out. Like, hey what's up? OH HELL NO. You don't come into MY HOUSE. Act like you're just chillin'. We will murder your ass. And this isn't a job for paper towels or a rolled up magazine. This is a 'grab a boot and stomp on it' situation. We were freaked out, but we got him. Okay, now I can relax and sleep at night knowing he's gone. Yeah, right. Think again. 2 days later, your GIANT A** friend shows up and hangs out on the shower curtain. WHILE SOMEONE IS IN THE SHOWER??? NO. No, no, no. This was the last straw. Time to call in a professional. Someone with stuff to keep them OUT. I read all of the great reviews for Men In Black Pest Control and gave them a call. Talked to Megan. She was awesome. I told her what was going on. We live in Chicago... But COME ON. Stay outside and find your own flippin' water. Don't hide on the shower curtain, waiting to ambush us. DANG IT. Megan said we can do a 1 time service call or set up quarterly service. Since we're also seeing a lot more ants and spiders, we decided that their 4 seasons service was the way to go. She set up an appointment for the next morning. The tech showed up right on time. He was great. Old school guy who knows what he's doing. We have pets, so we were worried about spraying. He pulled up the ingrediants of the stuff he was using and how they were actually less than the flea shampoo we use on our dogs. He also made some recommendations to help cut down on spiders (e.g. ask the gardener to hose off bushes to remove spiderwebs). On time, professional, great service and a great price. I'm looking forward to having them back every 3 months and keeping all of the creepy crawlies OUT.

I just had my first treatment with Men In Black Pest last week. Jason was the representative assigned to my house and he was excellent! Seriously....I've never been so excited about pest control. Here's why I'm thrilled- Jason was kind enough to call and give me a 45 minute heads up before he was going to arrive at my house. He wore black covers over his shoes, too, which was nice. He did not rush through the treatment and took the time to explain to me exactly what he was spraying for in my house. Also, without me asking, Jason said he would reschedule in a few days to re-spray some areas because it was raining when he was at my house. Talk about top notch customer service! I can tell he really takes pride in his work and his territory. My initial call to the company was positive, too. The Account Executive who answered my call, Lauren, was very friendly and helpful. She was patient with my questions and explained my options. She was not pushy with any products or services. She was straightforward with her quotes and they were easy to understand. The quote I received was fair and the bill I received matched the quote (no hidden fees or anything). Overall, I am glad I chose Men In Black and I'm looking forward to being a customer for years to come.

This place is great! From arranging the appointment on the phone to the extremely friendly technician (Zack) that showed up to my house this was a very pleasant experience. We had an ant problem around our house so Zack sprayed all throughout the inside and outside of our house. Zack did a great job! He was super friendly and professional. We have been working with Men In Black Pest Control for about 3 years. They are good about reminding us it's time to come out and reload the outdoor traps and have helped us with mice getting into our house. We have a 100+ year old house in Oak Park and as soon as the weather turns cold we have to stay on top of it to ensure no mice. After reading all the positive reviews online, my husband and I decided to call Men in Black for an ant problem which suddenly developed in our kitchen. They did not disappoint. The receptionist was able to get someone out quickly. Sam, the technician, was knowledgeable and personable, explaining the process and did a thorough job. We highly recommend them.

I am a self proclaimed nut case when it comes to bugs and mice. If I see ANY ant, silver fish, spider or mouse, I totally flip my s$&t. I'm sure someone out there gets that. I've was using one of the BIG companies for a year now and they just haven't cut it. I had them coming to the house every month. Nope nope nope! My neighbor started using Men In Black Pest Control about a year ago and she's been ecstatic about their service. She was raving constantly about the girls on the phone and how they made her feel like she was their most important customer ever. She had the same company I do before changing. Then, she would go on and on about how great the technicians who came to her house were. I had to see for myself. The very first visit and I understood. When I called, I got a real live person instead of a mindless drone, her name was Megan and she really did treat me like family. The tech who came was so courteous and professional it was almost disgusting, no one is that nice anymore. Must be a Stepford husband. He did totally put me at ease though, very knowledgeable and patient with my endless questions. He told me everything he was going to do and why, and promised not to kill me, my husband or cats, BONUS! Took him about an hour and a half to go through the house (I don't think the other company has been in my house in all visits combined in the last year) hitting every single place a bug or mouse could hide, even the outside. There were a bunch of spider webs outside like every year and he took those all down too. When he finished I signed up on one of there year plans on the spot. I've used them for 2 visits now over 3 months. I never thought I could get excited about dead bugs and mice but I'm a customer now for life. No question. Thank you Men In Black!

This company is past unprofessional. They put a hole in a brand new aerobed by laying it on the metal bed rail instead of the box spring and when I called and let them know and emailed them the reciept they stated they would drop a check off. Instead they sent one of their techs with an attitude, slamming things around in the room, knocking over a lamp and my cable box. When I asked what he was doing he stated he was looking for a hole because he thought I just wanted a check for 130 dollars and walked out. Now I'm stuck with a lame air mattress that I'll have to claim on my renters policy. When I called the company to let them know what he did, they didn't even apologize... I would report them to BBB but they are not even BBB accredited! Mmmmmm I wonder why?

Just bought our first house and got a nice credit because of mouse poo all over the attic insulation. Called Men in Black on the advice of a friend and super glad we did. Not only were they able to clean out the old insulation, but they were able to put in bug proof insulation that I guess only pest control companies are allowed to put in, and they also sealed all the places that the mice were coming in

Im a typical Naperville mom and we had another great experience with Men in Black Pest Control ! Black ants suddenly appeared all over the house... Probably because of this insane heat wave! We called Men in Black and they were able to squeeze us in the next day due to a cancellation. The tech came by and was prompt, experienced, and professional. We have a dog and I am 8 months pregnant so I was concerned about using pesticides in the house. The tech wonderful explaining all about the chemicals used and made me feel confident. Worst service ever. Had an appointment for Wednesday but called in to change it to a Thursday as we will not be able to make it that day. They gladly made the change or so they said they did. They showed up Wednesday and obviously we weren't home and is why we switched it to a Thursday. We asked if they can wait 20min we would have someone there. They basically told my wife no can do. When I called customer service they said nothing was noted to switch dates. Told them to save my number as point of contact and made sure they had my number. Since I had to reschedule for a Monday because apparently their Thursday was all booked now. Another missed day of work. So here's Monday and no one shows. Apparently they were "calling me" but they still had my wife's number on file. Called their customer service and they said they'll have someone come out but the gentlemen that called said it wouldn't be until 630 or 7pm. He sounded upset he had to come back yet he never came to knock on the door. I guess if someone one doesn't answer the phone they don't bother knocking on the door to see if their client is actually home. 715pm and no call or anyone showed up. No care for their clients. I'm glad others didnt have my kind of experience.

Living in Woodridge we almost always have a problem with ants because of the clay soil. Every year we have MIB come out to treat the little buggers and 99% of the time it is taken care of in one treatment. We had a technician out last Friday, he called as promised, was prompt, and found where they were congregating and eradicated them almost immediately. We couldn't be more satisfied with the products they use as we have two dogs and young children in our home. Thank you for getting rid of these pesky creatures. Within 24 hours we had no more ants trying to get into our house!

Our first time using MIB and definitely happy with their service & responsiveness. Caught a rat in our crawl space which came in the house through a floor drain. I wasn't sure if we had any other rodents or just the 1, so wanted a professional to come out and inspect. Paid their VERY reasonable inspection fee for their tech to do a thorough evaluation. He found there were mouse and rat droppings in 1 area, an old nest, and 1 area where mouse could enter the home. His opinion was we caught the 1 problem, but set several mouse and rat traps around the room so we could be sure. They don't try to upsell monthly maintenance plans which I appreciate. They do let their service sell itself as they'll be my first call for any other service needs.

For large commercial properties they are affordable but for smaller resdlidential properties they are overpriced. They are reliable but sometimes have trouble with their scheduling. I had booked them to cover mice holes in a 6 unit building and they forgot to do it. They did correct the situation by going back again and completing the job. The second time they came around the technician said there were no bait stations in any of the apartments. That means that the initial treatment was never completed. It was a hassle for me since I had to pay the property manager again to be there to open all the doors to the units. I probably will not be a repeat customers.

Today David helped seal up some cracks on the perimeter of our house after we had a dead mouse in the basement. When I told him we also had a recent rat issue in the garage he not only offered to leave a hazmat suit for my husband to use but also offered to help clean it up and disinfect with a bleach solution I made for him. His banter about the coolest zoos (Saint Louis) within driving distance to chicago was also enjoyable for this animal loving mom of 2! Thanks for always sending the best MIB!

Have been using men in black for years for the small ants. When we moved to a rental we called our management office because we didn't want to have to pay for an exterminator when we got them here but the people they sent out didn't even do anything. They came out a few times and whatever they used didn't make the ants go away so we called men in black again. After they came out the ants dissapeared within days and stayed away for a year. Highly recommend them, and they're good value for the money!
