We scheduled an inspection with them for a house and we were very happy to connect with them. Being from out of state & purchasing a home for a major move is stressful...inspectioning a possible purchase & not knowing what to expect! Steve was fantastic! He talked to us about what he was looking for, explained things he found & took the time to listen to us and our concerns. We will be using Cumberland Exterminating LLC for our new home and will definitely be asking for Steve! Ms. Tina was also a sweetie and we are glad they were recommend to us by our friend! I personally have not used this company before, but one of there technicians GPS decided to think there was a house down a back trail past my house and down a mountain. He got stuck. between my SxS and 4wd truck and some tow ropes, I was able to get him out. But the point is, the company owners took time to personally hand write me a letter and even sent a check! That was above and beyond in hospitality. I personally enjoyed the morning entertainment since I don’t see to many people up here but because of the owners kind gesture, I will definitely call them first in the future if I need any exterminating.
