Was having a rodent issue and contacted them about it. They came and charged a pretty large fee especially for only putting out bait traps. The technician was very nice but told me that's all they could do but there was a 30 day guarantee. After multiple trips the problem was only getting worse. I informed the office manager about it and she honestly had a bit of an attitude. I understand that it sucks to perform work and not get paid but when your work doesn't produce results that's what happens. I ended up calling Port City Pest Control and they did some inspections to my property sealed some things up where they were getting in put more traps and the problem seems to be getting better.

Absolutely the best. I have a phobia of bugs due to a very bad experience from a spider bite so my phobia is bad. For some that can be an issue, but Brunswick Pest has been a blessing. They come when I call, always nice, and my tech David is always 10-15 mins early he is the best. The office lady is so nice, and easy to talk to. My house has been bug free, and I'm completely happy.
