My interactions with Michael were exceptionally pleasant, just speaking on the phone I felt as though we were friends. Michael showed up after-hours to deal with a massive yellow jacket nest we had just discovered, his work was quick and precise. Overall the experience was beyond a 5 star rating, and I hope to find more yellow jacket nests soon.

Having a huge fear of bugs finding the perfect Pest Control was a nightmare of back and forth/overpriced/never easy to get a hold of IN ANYWAY and nothing getting done. Ares Pest Control is the rainbow after the storm, truly a breath of fresh air. The employees got back to me supper quick, and when they did I was able to explain what was going on and felt understood and all questions were answered, I got told the best solution for my issue that was priced fairly and better than ANY competitor, Ares Pest Control came in on time on mine and the companies earliest convenience In PPE (personal protective equipment) for these scary covid time, incredibly professional did EXACTLY what we agreed upon, And it worked YAY, I feel very confident In recommending Ares Pest Control for taking care of any pest issue, and making sure they stay gone.

Mike did a FANTASTIC AND I MEAN FANTASTIC JOB GETTING RID OF THE ROACH PROBLEM! TLDR: we live in a building and had roaches spawn 20 - 40 at night in the kitchen and bathroom. After we got the 2 session job done, we saw literally barely any. My mental health and my family's mental health was saved by Mike and his professional work. I had a whole list of about 8-10 Pest Control companies to call to discuss an ant treatment plan for our camp. After half a day of calling and getting bounced between call centers and talking to people who could not explain their treatments, give me a price or gave me a ridiculous price, I was frustrated. I found Ares Pest Control and when I called Michael picked up right away. He explained his services and quoted me a price that I thought was fair. He spent about 45 minutes treating our camp. He explained everything before and after including his findings. We saw results instantly and regretted not doing this years ago. Thank you Michael for being fair, honest and diligent.

Be sure to get a written quote before any work is done. Although the inspection and subsequent remediation work was done well, I should have gotten a quote for the work first. I would have declined.

I have used a few other pest companies before and just like with all the “top” companies the service is what you would expect, but with Ares it was far different. His attention to detail was something not often seen. His communication with me as his customer was EXCELLENT, he was on time with his appointments, and probably one of the most polite young men I’ve ever met! Michael was more than happy and willing to answer any and all of my questions not once seeming as though I was a bother. His work speaks for itself, he comes in finds your problem and does all he can to help solve it to the best of his abilities. I would HIGHLY recommend. Ares for all your pest control needs!

Had issues with rats and skunks under my tool shed in the backyard. Ares were on time professional and followed through with capturing the skunks and releasing them in the wild. We are animal lovers and we wanted to make sure that they were treated respectfully. I will not hesitate to call them again. My dog was sprayed twice so this was a great help.

We've always had a stinging insect problem but this summer it became unbearable. They nested in our porch step so it posed a serious problem. The poor dog got stung so many times she started to be afraid to go outside. We tried taking care of it ourselves but we couldn't get rid of them. Michael was super responsive and got to us quickly. He looked over the perimeter of our home and found 5 nests. 5!! After his visit we've had no more issues and are so thankful for his help!

Ares Pest Control is outstanding. We hired Michael Gilley to help us with a mouse problem. He was very professional and treated our home as if it were his own. There was no long term contract required and his price was very fair. He addressed the mouse problems by trapping the mice that were already in the house and also by identifying and fixing all the ways the mice were getting in. His communication and customer service are excellent. We highly recommend him.

After initial visit for mice in our camper, he inspected and sealed an area he thought was the culprit. He billed us the same day, which we paid right away…. he said to call back if we see anymore activity.. When we noticed activity return, we called right away. It took a week or two to return our calls. When he did finally call back, he said he would stop by and check it out.. He has never returned, now he doesn’t even return our calls or texts. Would not recommend this business!
