They said they could do a bed bug inspection daytime. No company can do a bed bug inspection in the day, any good company will confirm this this. I learned the bugs hide when there is noise or light. Companies like this rip you off saying they can inspect for bugs. SOS Extermination made an appointment, took my address, email address, asked me about availability, they confirmed the day before my availability, asked we remove all sheets and pillows etc. We got everything ready and they never showed up, they never called to cancel, they never returned our calls or messages after. We just get a weird voice mail message. At best this is horrible service and worst this is some sort of scam where they know where you live and when you are home (they ask for availability).

I took a case at the Regie against my landlord company since the apartment they provided was bedbug infested when I moved. By the civil code landlords are required to provide the apartment in a good condition when delivering to a tenant. This extermination company provided the landlord company a false report, refusing the infestation, although they did treatment three times. He literally walked into my house, smelling of weed, borderlining unprofessional. I don’t think this reflects the initial call made to the company. I also believe that they may meant well, but something went on behind the scenes that doesn’t reflect their levels of professionalism when originality contacted. Looking for another company ASAP. NO ONE IN NORTH AMERICA WANTS TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THEY AREN'T SURE THEY ARE GETTING AND A TECH WHO SHOWS UP WHEN HE WANTS. I WAS PLEASED BEFORE I SAW THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU OFFERED. Ils sont venus faire le boulot pour exterminer des coquerelles dans l’appartement de mes parents. 72h après leurs passage, mes parents rentrent et trouvent encore des cafards vivants un peu partout...donc ça n’a pas fonctionné du tout...donc on recontacte Oussama pour demander un compte-rendu par écrit afin de pouvoir le présenter à la propriétaire de l’immeuble pour justifier le déménagement imminent de mes parents avant la fin de leur bail. Nous arrivons à peine À les joindre, téléphone sonne occupé, on envoie des textos, plus de réponses. Il a promis à mes parents le rapport dans une semaine, une semaine plus tard, toujours rien. Toujours des excuses et pas de rapport jusqu’au jour ou il décide de ne plus donner de nouvelles ni retourner nos appels. J’imagine même pas si on devait demander d’utiliser la garantie ! Oussama est un bon vendeur, il dit exactement ce que vous voulez entendre, jusqu’à qu’on paie pour ses services...après la vente ($), c’est finit, il passe à autre chose. Je vous recommande fortement une autre compagnie que celle-ci. On s’est vraiment fait avoir, on a payé le plein prix sans négocier ni rien et on est toujours à la Case départ. Compagnie à ÉVITER. Franchement déçue par votre attitude extrêmement non professionnelle Oussama. Attention, ils ne sont même pas situés à l’adresse sur google map (avenue Ridgewood). Pas de commerce pour pouvoir aller les voir et parler, tout se fait par téléphone. De l’arnaque à l’état pure.
