I just wondered how others can give them more than one star. Really terrible customer service, do not even explain little bit more to their customers. Appointment time scheduled at 12:00-14:00 and i was told that it is their arrival time! I do not have time to wait there for 2 hours!

These guys not only charged 3 times the price of legit exterminators, but they do not do the job. My tenants used them twice and both times the bedbugs came back. These scammers also do not come back for the follow up. My building is now loaded with bed bugs! Never ever use this company. We will now be going forward with a small claims court case against them. How these scammers stay in business is sickening!!

So far so good! We have a lot of concerns about ecological and pet friendly solutions for dealing with a long-standing mice and ant problem. DM was awesome with communicating with us the issues that we were worried about, gave us the names of the products they were going to use in advance so we could research them, and clearly understood our problems and what we were worried about. The first treatment seems to have worked and they've been awesome about following up. We've booked a year contract with them, will repost here if anything changes, but so far so great-- the owner told me he has taken over the business recently, so maybe these other reviews reflect earlier ownership. So far I can only say good things about these guys. I'll update to 5 starts if everything continues on this path!

Based on previous reviews, I must admit I was a bit skeptical. It seems like there is a new owner, and let me say, he was not only polite, responsive and professional, his guys showed up on time, took the time to do the job right. I highly recommend these guys.

Had Dm extermination come to my home to treat roaches, ants and mice. I must say after reading all the reviews i was not 100% comfortable with them but the new owner reassure me and all i have to say is that I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. The tech was on time and professional, answered all my questions and gave me tips on what to do to prevent these unwanted critters. I definitely recommend them and ask for Jean Yves to come he was a sweat heart and worked impeccably.

I’ve been meaning to write about this company for a while. Lost over $2,000 dollars and the problem wasn’t resolved. Technicians were poorly trained, but acted as if they knew everything. Let me keep it simple, do not throw your money away as this company has a record of complaints.

Good price cheaper then others but average service. Different Techs give different advice. One appointment the tech never showed up. Temporarily treated issue but ants came back next year. They expect you to do yearly maintenance to treat issue superficially but don't resolve it.

I have two words to describe this service: Unreliable and Irresponsible. I contracted them in 2019 to solve a rat problem. They gave me a guarantee of 13 months. They had supposedly a method to inserting something in the walls and solve the problem. They did'n even have to come for an evaluation. They came two more times to insert that powder and after they did not even answer the phone. I have the impression that they have the way to divert unwanted calls with a message that the mail box is full. After 3 months I had succeeded getting an appointment on which they never showed up. The cost was 1094 dollars with taxes. I sent them a baylief. The baylief was told that they have moved three weeks before. Today the address shown is still the same as the two phones as then and the note that service is available 24 hours a day seven days a week. I have had contacted my credit card, they withheld the money and finally I got it after the legal waiting period. My original suspicion was that the rats were coming from the roof as I had them informed at the beginning. It was proven that I was right but it took long time for the last rat to go. I had to block with a screen the ventilation on the roof. I feel I have lost my time, the situation got worse with them and although I have recovered what I have paid them, I am short of the money I paid to the baylief. My advice to the others: Always pay for services thru a credit card and make sure you have everything in writing in case you will have to contest the service. One more suggestion. I like to see the province to regulate this service. I am sure there are honest exterminators out there but regulating the services like the plumbers and the electricians will cause only the honest people to remain in businesses. Even if this will cost a little more.

I've been a customer for a very long time. I while i do understand where some of the bad stem from, the new owners completely squash any and all complaints i've ever had about this company! The services are done properly, the technicians no longer rush out, they are on time and deliver on their promises. To the new owners of DM, thank you very much. Absolutely recommended, well done!
