Had a raccoon in attic. Daniel (very nice guy) went on my roof sealed off exit/entrance placed a cage in attic with bait.Unfortunately the raccoon did something unexpected and went through my siding to break out(no regular raccoon ).lol. but Daniel was quick to come see what happened and did an inspection of attic to make sure was gone. Don't know rest of staff but Daniel top notch! Merci

I actually didn't get the chance to use their services as their terrible customer service got in the way of that.. They requested my information and to send an inspector to the home, when i asked what they would do they said he couldn't tell me what processes they used, when i asked the price range, he said they couldn't tell me that either. When i told him i wanted more information about the services they offered before giving my home address and feeling comfortable enough to allow then to come into the home, he refused to answer any. His disrespectful and degrading tone was enough for me, No thank you. If he cant explain the services how is anyone suppose to expect that they even know what theyre doing?
