The person that came to my house was very friendly and informative. The service people I dealt with via email were also quite good. After I left the whole service took 5 minutes which I found pretty shocking as that seemed like a very short time but I've only seen 1-2 bugs in the last week when previously it might have been 1-2 a night so I'm hoping it all worked! UPDATE: I reached out about a week later as I saw bugs on the wall again. They said they would come back but I would have to pay an extra $125 after I already paid over $200 for the inital service. That was disappointing because when they did the treatment it was so short and made me think perhaps they didn't spray enough in the one room. They said they would reduce to $95 but I still think it's quite a bit to come out and spray for 2 mins in one room that still had some bugs.

Called before the BC Day long weekend, and had an appointment booked for the following Tuesday to remove a wasp nest outside my home. The phone rep was helpful and friendly, and explained the service. The exterminator was also very friendly, expedient and Was done within 30 mins. The invoice was emailed to me, and I paid by etransfer. Credit card was also an option. Great service. Would recommend .

I found my first experience with Westside Pest Control to be excellent. I contacted them regarding serious wasp issues. They were prompt to respond and the technician who came was friendly and efficient. I was told it might take up to 72 hours for all the drones to disappear, but ater the first day saw only one. We were even able to eat a peaceful meal on our deck, the first in a very long time. I only wish I had called sooner and will definitely use Westside Pest Control again if the need arises.

I called Westside to remove a wasp nest from the side of our house this past July. The service was top-notch; prompt, efficient, and both the office staff and Vlad, who did the actual removal, were warm, polite and considerate. They offered lots of warning before starting, explaining that the wasps could be aggressive for 2-3 days, and let my neighbours know as well. The wasps actually disappeared completely overnight, and both we and the neighbours’ kids can eat in our back yards again. It was excellent value; I’ll call again next year for sure if we need the service again.

This company is wonderful, and the owner really cares. My husband I affectionately refer to him a Ratman, not the hero we want, but the hero we need. We moved into our new home and were shocked to discover rats in our crawlspace. Mike and his team came into our home and sealed up our patio (the entry point), and baited and trapped the rodents inside our crawlspace. They came back twice to ensure all the rats were gone, and they did a throughout clean-up after. There was a misunderstanding about what their guarantee covers, since we needed multiple clean-ups, but Mike swiftly rectified the situation and offered to do a free ant service. You can trust Westside to handle any pests with tact, honestly, and professionalism. Thank you for caring. :-)

Great job. The efficiency from the office to the staff that come to do the work is great. When you call, they explain the procedure, the cost and the time frame. Very accommodating and on time and what your are quoted is what you pay. I like that when these guys come they take the time to explain what they will do, answer any questions and then after the job is done, they then explain what they did. You are told up front that there may be extra cost. So no hidden fees or surprises. So great!! Really appreciate that. Really appreciate the time they took, the approach, knowledge and friendliness.

Great customer service, on time and efficient. No way was I getting that nest out without their help. It was two floors up and inside the framing of the house through a tiny crack. 4 days later and 0 wasps remain. Nice work Alex!!

They had to come back 5+ times under the warranty before the problem was resolved! The staff is friendly. If they were able to do the job the first visit then it would be 5 stars but having to come back constantly to remove the critter made the experience very frustrating.

Westside Pest has recently completed their 3rd visit to our home to get rid of a mouse situation. They were on time each time and very professional. So far, what they explained to us they thought was happening, has played out exactly as such. As of this last visit we were mouse free. Let’s hope it stays that way, but it is comforting to know they will come back another couple times under warranty within 6 months should we have another issue.

We had a decent rat encampment in our crawl space in the winter of 2020, the year that kept on giving. They had also made quite the mess of the crawl space, which was going to interfere with some major plumbing repairs we had planned. Westside came in and diagnosed the problem which was a bit tricky. They got all the rats out of the crawl space and cleaned it very thoroughly, leaving some deodorizing balls behind to keep everything smelling fresh for the plumber. At our request, they didn't use any outdoor traps or poison since we want to be as sensitive to the local environment as possible. So, the tenacious rats ended up coming back. Fortunately, the Rats service by Westside guarantees their work for 2 years, so they came back, got the rats out again, cleaned up again, and provide extra reinforcing at any points where it even might be possible for a rat to get in. Westside has a lot of wonderful techs that have come out to get the job done and the owner is very pleasant to deal with and dedicated to customer satisfaction. We contacted West Side Pest Control for a small mouse problem that we were having in our home. They had a technician at our home within the week. Our technician arrived within the two hour window that we were given and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He surveyed the outside of our house and found a few possible entry points into our home and was able to close them off. He then came into our house and set up mouse traps, he made sure that they were out of reach for our 2 year old. We were given a list of all the mouse traps that were set so that we wouldn't forget any of them. All in all we had a really great experience with Westside. We would definitely recommend them. The traps caught one mouse and we have seen no additional mice yet.

This is the second time we have used Westside Pest Control. The first time was for ants and their most recent visit was for wasps. I called them on a Saturday and was directed to the after hours answering. I left a message and they called me back within 10 mins. The provided a booking confirmation with the appointment details. On the day of their visit, they arrived well within their time window and completed their job with a detailed report. They effectively completed their job as within a couple days all the wasps in the affected area were gone. They were a little pricier than other places but through my experience they got the job done and was good throughout the process and follow up.

I found a unexposed wasp nest on the exterior wall of my house. I used the Raid and the spray foam to save money, but none of my methods (spent $30 for 2 weeks) worked. I called Westside Pest Control. The lady who answered my call was so kind and knowledgeable. The quote over the phone was very reasonable (under $200) and they guarantee the free retreatment within the same calendar year. The technician came in the next day, he Injected directly into nest location with aerosol insecticide and applied a residual powder insecticide in the entrance of the wall. It worked. Now all of my problem is gone. They are truly professional and reliable.

We had a wedding in our backyard on the Labour Day long weekend. About a week prior to the long weekend, our dog disturbed a wasp? hornet? Yellowjacket? nest chasing a ball. Stung multiple times. We had no clue it was there. Obviously we had to do something before hosting 50 or 60 people. We called Westside that night, left a message, and they called back early the next morning.and were told they would have someone out THE NEXT DAY! AND THEY ACTUALLY DID! REALLY, & ON TIME! The nest was removed, with none of the little pests circling around wondering where home went (not sure how they did that). We have also had a problem with driveway ants for years, and tried a bunch of things to get rid of them. Nothing worked. We asked Westside if they could deal with them at the sometime. GONE! I would (and will) totally recommend Westside and their people to anyone who has a pest problem, wants them dealt with, and wants to deal with a company that does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Awesome!
