We used Tyler at Viking Pest Control to deal with a silverfish infestation in our Port Moody condo. He was friendly, professional, and honest about the services--even knocking down his original estimate after the first inspection, something we rarely see from contractors. And most importantly, he delivered results: after 20 minutes of spraying (with a non-toxic, environmentally safe compound that didn't require us to leave our home for more than a couple of hours), he was able to greatly reduce the number of these pests we were catching in our home.

I am happy with the service I got from Viking on 28-Jan. The tech checked inside and outdoor bait stations. But, he then went to the wrong neighbor’s house, got stuck in the snow on their short driveway (I helped dig him out) then drove away. I then heard from my other neighbor (the one who has a contract with Viking and a long driveway) that she got a bill for a service call. I think the tech probably made the right decision not to drive down the long, snowy driveway; but Viking shouldn’t bill for a service call that didn’t happen.
