Fast response (next day) went all through my room and found that I did not have the pests I thought I had. Could have lied and charged to remove the bugs that were not there, but they were honest and didn't. Will recommend to anyone looking for an honest Pest Specialist!!

Love their service. I called them 1st for a bed bugs issue we had at our place thanks to some out of town guests. They took care of it in an efficient manner. Later I called them for rodent issue at our warehouse. We had another company coming in for monthly service but they were not able to control the pests. Total Pest Control guys identified the entry points, and plugged them. Than placed the boxes where they were more effective. I haven't seen any rat or mouse at our building since their visit.

We had a very aggressive wasp nest with the entrance directly above our front door, hidden in our brick work. We called Total Pest Control and not only were they the best price they came the same day. Khan, our tech was very professional and personable. He was suited up for battle and the job was done within an hour. This was a huge relief for us and we really appreciate the fabulous service we received. Very friendly, honest and helpful. The technician explained everything he was doing step by step. Did a thorough job dealing with house rats. Was told I did not have to pay if the problem was not dealt with. After they did their job, I was given a 3 month warranty which includes them coming back free of charge up to three months after to deal with the rats if we hear or see them again. Was also given some very valuable free advice about how to actually get rid of raccoons without paying a post control company thousands of dollars. Simple but very effective. Their rates were cheaper than other companies for the same amount of work. Highly recommended.

I phoned a couple of companies to look into solving my mice problem and Mike was honest enough to tell me that since I live in a townhouse complex I would be better off contacting strata as other units might be infected so it needed to be more holistic and not waste my money. I found him to be knowledgeable, honest, friendly and reliable. He came to give me a quote for our strata complex and didn't rush, he’s thorough and explains everything and answers every question. I know other company’s might have taken advantage of my particular situation and performed unnecessary work just for the money. Mike did not. My wife and kids are really scared of mice and I asked him if he could help me today and he sold me 5 bait boxes at minimal cost to solve my problem and fixed a couple of spots at my garage door where the mice were getting in without even charging me for the same! What more can I say!!! :-) THANK YOU
