Bugman Pest Control came to my apartment to help with my bed bug infestation. A previous company had been here 5 times and the problem persisted. I was at my wits end when I decided to phone Bugman. They came (on time), inspected the issue, and got right to work on performing a 3 hour heat treatment. The issue was completely resolved and they even spray the rest of my apartment for free with pet friendly chemicals just in case. They are true professionals. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I was seeing 3-4 ants nightly inside the house for about 2 months when I called. Just days before the appointment I stopped seeing them so I can't say 100% if the reason I'm still not seeing them is because they're dead or moved elsewhere but time will tell! I saw some dead/dying silverfish after the treatment! Service person was great and friendly!

The bugman service was very professional and thorough. Had a big ant problem that my tenants informed me of. When these guys were done and by the time my tenants came home, was an ant cemetery. The little suckers were wiped out entirely. We liked that the chemicals they used were also not harmful to children and pets. They offer a follow-up appointment in a few weeks, to insure their work is done. I really like that part. I would recommend this company based on this experience. Thanks guys!

Polite and prompt service of a wasp nest removal at the peak of my roof. Would of given 5 stars but I just wish they would have been a little more proactive and looked at the very next roof peak (15 feet away from the spot that was pointed out to them) where another nest was building just the same.

Easy to book. The technicians arrived on time. Answered all my questions about the pests, pest control process, method and chemicals used (great that it's relatively safe for my large dog to be in the area a few hours after application) and effectiveness. They were quick and efficient. It's been a couple weeks and so far it looks like the treatment is working.

Quick to respond and because the weather was cold the bees weren't active so instead of just spraying haphazardly and calling the job done, the tech told us that they would be back when the temperature warmed and found the nest
