They did a great job and were very friendly and helpful. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the guy spraying inside had a full blown respirator on but started spraying while I was standing right there trying to get my kid and my dog out of the house. This made me uncomfortable considering we were told to vacate the house for 2 hours. Other than that, the treatment seems to have been successful so far and we were told to give them a call if anything more came up.

These guys were quick and efficient. We had quite a bad infestation and while I was content to wait out the 2 week recommendation before respraying in case more showed up,my landlord was a little squeamish and wanted them to come back right away after a few days . They came back with no hesitation ,we had sugar ants and the little flying suckers coming out of electrical sockets and windowsills ,,all good now . I'd recommend these guys without hesitation.

The office didn't tell me to be prepared to leave the house for 4 hours. The exterminator was very nice and pleasant, and patient as I gathered up the kids. Easy & efficient company to deal. Work guaranteed for 6 months, so that's a great added bonus.

Today I needed an expert to help rid a wasp nest that I failed to realize had gotten into my attic. I was in full panic mode and didn't have much hope on the Sunday of a long weekend. Seth was extremely professional and took care of the problem in short order. Ive was very fortunate when I was referred to these guys several years ago. Over the years I have used there services for ants/bees/spiders. I love the fact that there is a warranty that comes with the service, but I have rarely have had to use it. Usually they'll let you know if they need to come back again for a more "challenging" case. On top of all this, they're a very friendly and honest people to deal with, which is the reason I chose to write this review. Thanks again guys.

I have a property that seems to be favourable for wasps as we have walls of cedars in the backyard. Being allergic and highly susceptible to stings, I cant mess about. I called the Bugman to come over to look at a willow tree in my backyard that was full of wasps, hornets, and yellow jackets. I was convince there was a massive nest somewhere in there, I just couldn't get close enough to find out. The young man suited up and bravely entered into the willow tree. There was no nest anywhere. Unfortunately in my situation, they were feeding off of the willow tree and the black willow tree aphids that had made a home on the branches. As many gardeners know, aphids are evil, and getting rid of them is only successfully done with lighting said plant on fire. Thank you for helping me figure out the problem Bugman, showing up on time, and charging me only a minimal fee for your help!

I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by the Bugman thus far, especially Bryce and his responsiveness. Bryce has visited the property twice and provided a two treatments, while another technician has attended the property once. While the problem attended to has not yet been completely mitigated, I have also not paid a single penny for the services I have received from the Bugman, which includes the visits above and numerous email correspondences. This review is thus not based on the successful control of a pest but rather on the service and professionalism demonstrated in the work around identifying, localizing, and (hopefully) fully mitigating the issue next year.
