After a terrifying ordeal involving my husband being bitten multiple times, we called Darryl in a panic to come and assess for a wasp’s nest. When I explained that we were hosting a large family gathering a few days later, he showed up the very next morning and within minutes was able to locate the nest and take care of it quickly and safely. Darryl did an awesome job getting rid of silverfish at my place, at a reasonable price as well. He is fast to respond, professional, punctual, and caring. Even though these silverfish were not completely gone after first treatment, he still came again at my convenient time (during the holidays) for the second treatment. He is also fast and efficient. Wow, nothing like finding little black critters in your bed! I had used South Fraser Pest Solutions in the past and was always completely satified with their service - but there is something a little terrifying and, well a lot, blech! about finding squishy bed bugs......I wanted them gone ASAP and of course my very first phone call was to my go to guys for anything rodent/bug related! Darryl was so quick to respond and the very next morning arrived on the scene to start the process of - well, let's admit it, lol - annihilating those critters! After a harrowing few weeks seeing sporadic, occasional mouse droppings around my laundry room and under my kitchen sink, and after trying to “do it myself” with a live trap, I was horrified one morning to actually *see* a mouse scurry across my fireplace mantle… That did it, I knew I had to call a professional. A friend recommended Darryl at South Fraser Pest Solutions, and I was very impressed with the fast, friendly service and professionalism. After Darryl quickly determined that there was no point of entry from the outside into my house, and he told me that I very likely only had one single mouse and not an infestation, brought in by my cat through an open door. Within five minutes of setting traps in the most likely locations, before Darryl had even left, the mouse was caught, bringing me great relief. We gave it one more day to be sure there were no more mice, and when Darryl came back the next day to pick up the traps, there were no more caught. I have not seen any signs of mice ever since, but if I ever do, I will *definitely* call Darryl again!

I can't express how grateful I am for the prompt and effective professional services provided by South Fraser Pest Solutions. Darryl caught the rat in my crawlspace in one day, monitored for rodent activity, inspected for rodent access points, and sealed two open holes made by the plumber that installed central air conditioning. When confronted, the plumber lied about seeing other holes in my crawlspace and said rats wouldn't enter the 2.5 inch open hole without garbage being present. Darryl conducted an investigation and provided a report confirming no other access points and no garbage to attract rodents. Darryl's skill and knowledge is outstanding. Definitely a 5 star rating. Darryl got rid of our moles, than I asked him about some flying ants I had in my living room for 10 years, every ant season they appeared. I asked Darryl to help me and I still can’t believe that the ants have stopped coming in the house! It’s unreal, I still check every day out of habit. I had another company spray last year and they charged me a fortune and the ants came back and they wouldn’t warranty the work they did. Than yesterday I asked him to spray around the pool for the ants, and I haven’t seen any so far and I’m confident I won’t. I highly recommend this company, they are prompt and very reasonable. They go above and beyond. I’m really happy with all the work they have done, thanks again Darryl!

We had a rat issue and with regular maintenance we have now eliminated the problem. They had also gotten into our attic, Ken came immediately and found where they were getting in and set traps incase. The problem was solved! They have also removed hornets nets and treated for ants. Trusting, punctual, professional and reasonable. We had a pair of squirrels in our attic which we tried to trap over a 2 week period. Our kids named the female Petrina. They did not enjoy the varmint waking them up at 4 am. They cought the pair within 2 days. I cant thank them enough. They also found and sealed the entrance to prevent recurrence as well.
