Red Fox offers excellent service beginning at first contact with their prompt and courteous communications. Arranging for inspection that is convenient for the customer is part of the service as well. Friendly informative inspections relieve much of the anxiety that comes along with the possibility of having bed bugs in your home but Sonal's expertise brings everything into perspective. I saw website on the internet called Sonia, she is quick to reply and answer all questions kindly, a pleasant lady, professional, efficient, hard working to make her customers happy. I was given Red Fox/Sonal’s contact information by a friend of ours that works at Simon Fraser University. We had an insect issue that needed to be resolved. I was truly impressed that she was a board certified Entomologist over the phone. She spent her time on the phone with us telling us the biology and treatment methods of the pest. We hired her to come and resolve the issue. She showed up with an infectious smile and her passion for her career was very transparent.
