Bo was very personable and professional. We looked together for all the possible entry points and he sealed them all off right when he found them. He showed me how to look for signs of rat activity and follow those to entry points. I was so excited when he found two actual spots they had used and was able to seal them, and also many other possible sites they could use. He also set up traps indoors and outdoor bait stations. He took the time to answer all of my questions even when I kept coming up with new ones. He equipped me to do ongoing monitoring rather than set me up to rely on him for some “maintenance” package which may work for some people, but seems a cash-grab to me. Bo shared knowledge and set me up to manage things for the time being. I highly recommend Bo for all pest-related problems. I know if I ever have another issue I will call Bo first thing. Also, this is a nice little family business, so please give them a try. Bo’s wife Sabrina is also very knowledgeable and friendly and she runs the office and answers the phones. Great company. 5 stars.

I wanted to wait several months to post this review just to see how the treatment helped with our spider infestation. We had a terrible case of house spiders last year and I was in communication with Sabrina via email on and off for advice but just due to timing never had the opportunity to book a treatment in 2019. We finally got around to it this May as it was suggested we try to do a preventative spray to reduce the numbers. Our backyard faces into the forest so I knew we'd never be completely rid of the spiders. It got really bad around this time last year (mating season, ew) and so far we've only see a couple here and there and mostly just in our garage area instead of our living space. It went from seeing several of them a week to maybe 1-2,a month, if any! Sabrina was always professional and I never felt pressured to book anything. She offered helped without expectation. Her husband Bo was the technician and he was professional, very timely and did such a quality job when he was on site. It really seemed like he took his time to complete the work. We had a small mouse problem to around that time and Bo was able to find the entrance way they were using to get into the house and patched it up for us quickly. We haven't seen any mouse activity since so I think he got the right place! What a great local family business. I highly recommend this company and plan to work with them again in the future. I had problem with mice and rats, ProTech Pest Control came and took care of my issues. We live near a park and these pest are always around. They guarantee there work and are very good at it. We had a problem at our work and ProTech Pest Control came and took care all our pest problems. That's how I got in contact. Technician Bo, was very detailed and the thorough going thru every area and areas not mentioned to ensure you had the best outcome. Once the problem was handle we didn't notice anymore pest issues. I can't say enough good things about Bo Liu! His quick response to my request for help, and his professional common sense approach to my specific squirrel problem gave me confidence that he was a highly experienced technician. He arrived within a few hours and set up the traps and they worked overnight! He returned the following day, removed the 1st captive and reset more traps. Within a few days, He rid my attic of squirrels in a humane fashion, and throughout his service calls, he practiced social distancing and wore a mask and gloves. Pro-Tech is awesome . Bo the gentleman that owns the business does the work himself. I had a problem with a squirrel and he got it all sorted out and a few months later I called him again to help me out with some cluster flies on the outside of the house. I stumbled upon Protech when looking for a good pest control company to come and investigate a potential mice/rat problem. Decided to book an appointment after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. Sabrina booked us in, she was very pleasant and accommodating to our very tight schedule. Our technician Bo was punctual, personable and very professional. He did a very thorough inspection of the attic and crawl spaces, set some traps for good measure. I was very impressed that he was able to recognize our serious concern of the potential issue at hand and got up on the roof to seal up any potential openings that the rats could gain access to our attic from. To top it all off, Bo noticed that we had an unusual amount of ants around our yard so he went ahead and sprayed the perimeter of our home to ensure they do not enter inside the house. All in all, this was an excellent experience. The price was very reasonable, he was knowledgable and even went the extra mile to take the preventative measures on a seperate issue. From my first phone-call I found the proprietor of Pro-Tech, 'Bo', to be available, courteous and helpful with a problem I had with a rat in my attic. He re-arranged his schedule to attend to the problem within days, and was not only thorough in his investigation and action plan, but he patiently explained it all to me afterwards. I found Bo to be both professional and approachable. On his follow-up, he was once again thorough, and even treated a fly problem I had at the time, no charge! I had wasps in the siding of my house.. Now they are gone thanks to Protech. I was very happy with the service they provided and the reasonable price. Each option was explained so I felt better to take a less invasive approach first knowing they would come back under the guarantee if more was needed. It ended up that a second visit was needed as the nest was further inside the wall than first appeared. No extra charge. Highly recommended.
