This is a terrible company. A guy came in and barked at me saying "so what do you want me to do?" After a few minutes I had to ask him to leave. And they charged me $150 for that service. After I talked to the manager and was told that they were not going to charge us, I had to phone them again and found out they put my visa number under different person's name. This company is mess!

I called to book the appointment. The office person then explained exactly what was going to take place. The Technician showed up on time was very personable and knowledgeable . He came back a few times over the course of a few weeks and now the issue has been resolved. Would definitely recommend them.
