Avoid this company at ALL COST if you have rat problem. Their program is not meant to work in the first place. We have roof rat issue at our place. I tried this company based on the good reviews and seemingly reasonable price but I am very disappointed to say the least. Not only did they not take care of the problem, I wasted time and money trying their service also. I was told the price include entry points screening (up to 4 spots) and mouse trapping which includes 3 check ups. They say the program is 1 month, but if you really think about it, 3 check ups following the initial visit is only a period of 3 weeks. 3 weeks is far from enough for rat trapping and it just won't work. I now recall when we had similar issue before it took us almost 2 months to remove all the rats with traps and rats were being caught well after 1 months after the traps were set up initially. This program of 1 month is flawed! The guy found 1 hole in the initial visit and set up traps. He also offered me 1 more free check up to the 3 check ups when I mentioned it was not enough. I paid cash up front with trust and didn't ask for an invoice. They offer to waive the value of tax if I don't ask for the invoice. The second time around, the guy showed up and only went in the attic for literally less than 2-3 minutes and he rushed to leave even though I have questions to ask. He also refused to honor the 1 free check-up he promised before. I called up the service from this point on. I contacted another pest control company immediately. 4 weeks later (with weekly checkups), we caught the 1st rat. This means, the 1 month (actually 3 weeks) program Ideal Pest Control just won't work in the first place and the screening work done by Ideal Pest Control was not done properly, otherwise it wouldn't take 4 weeks for us to catch the first rat. The rat must have entered the attic after the screening work was done. The owner was reasonable enough to refund me some amount I paid, but I still paid $150 for the service without any result as I had to pay another company for the same service again. I didn't end up saving money at all for trying ideal pest control's seemingly cheaper price. I wouldn't trust this company with rat issue. And if you do still want to run the risk of using them then ask for invoice to at least protect yourself.

There were so many rodents/rats in one of our properties, and when he came and finished his business, the place was spotless. He did an amazing job clearing out the house from rodents. I would definitely recommend calling this business if you experience the same problem.

Khan is true to his guarantee and a pleasure to work with. We did not know what we had in our attic (we assumed it was a squirrel since we saw them on the roof but we weren't sure if they were the ones that were inside our house) anyways, we called him and he came out the next day. We saw a squirrel outside but we weren't sure if it was only one squirrel or more so Khan left a one way trap (so if there were squirrels, they could come out but couldn't go in). The next day we heard little footsteps so we were sure there was at least one more squirrel. Throughout the day the a squirrel kept coming right up to our window and just looking right at us. So we thought that was odd. Turns out the squirrel that was a mother squirrel and her baby was still in our attic. Since it was a baby, he/she did not know how to get out on his/her own. Khan came back out immediately to try to help the baby squirrel out. But of course the baby squirrel went into a tiny nook that no human could fit into. So the only way was to leave part of the vinyl pieces off and let the mother help the baby out. Long story short, he took care of what needed to be done and came back multiple times without hesitation and all squirrels are now back in the wild and happy!

Hired Ideal Pest Control after moving into our new home and encountering swarms of ants coming from hard spaces all around the home. When Khan arrived and it began to rain. The storm passed and he applied a concentrated solution to ensure if it rained it would still be effective. 1 week later and I haven’t see any ants! Mr. Khan at Ideal Pest Control was a pleasure to deal with from the get go. He listened to my problem with rats over the phone, asked a few questions and gave me the basic price for his services. He came by my home the following day and confirmed what it would cost and what I could expect from him. These guys are a joke. they Drop some traps, and never come back. I have requested multiple times to come back to cover their "guarantee" or atleast inspect their traps which they don't. They asked I seal a door which I did. I could have done what they did. no communication.

Mr. Khan did a great job getting rid of mice at my house. He came by and did an inspection of where they could be getting inside. The holes were blocked and mice poison boxes were set up inside. Recommend ideal pest control. The owner and worker are very polite and knowledgeable. Price is reasonable. The first time Raj set traps and poison in my garage were successful. I saw lots mice caught up there. Initially, I was afraid the mice will smell but in the end, the mice was dead and it didn’t smell. So that’s good. He also found rat in my roof and found some gaps and holes up there on roof . He blocked it with mental mesh so the rat won’t go inside the roof again. He will come check the rat activity in roof weekly. He found out that one of my tree was too close to the roof so it can be a problem with rat climbing up there. I will have to trim my trees 5 feet away from the house. He also blocked the holes along the Bird room using glue. He did a good job ! Hopefully the mice won’t dig more holes again. Or he said he will have to use harder material to block the mice out. P.S. Mice and rat control are two separate program. So I have to pay separately. After all, pest control gave good service and reasonable price! I recommend !

I had Raj came over to handle the mouse problem. He found me the holes mouse might came in and advised me how to fix the holes. He went into the crawl space setting the baits that I think is really hard to do for his size. He came back to refill the baits but can't provide me warranty. The problem is never been improved and feeling worse. And the main thing I'm not happy about is the reason for no warranty is he can't check the walls under deck....but how many houses don't have decks that people can't go under? ***********€***€ To response the owner's review... Thanks for response, i have no complaint about picking up calls or sending people over. The crawl space is low as most houses. The electrician n plumber can work down there to fix or add on new pipe/wires. So i guess its pretty normal crawl space. I can bend my knees and body to walk there. But Raj is big, thats why i mentioned i appreciate about it. Raj gave few advises that we followed other than two: remove the pile of firewood by wall, and csreen the side of the deck. I agree i forgot about the firewood, but after removed, no holes there. And to screen the side of deck is neither close to imposdible nor helpful as there are gaps between the deck planks and nature wood holes here and there... The real issue is, when Raj came back to refill all the bait biex, the baits are mostly eaten, we keep on seening many drops in bait green color, but the mice sign has never calm or obviously slow down. Since we already block all the holes Raj has found and proclaimed many drops were there, and if the mice eats the bait....a lot of baits he set in crawl space as he said...how come there is no obvious sign of calming down? I dont really know what my money spent has done for this issue... ********* I had ExoPest to come in on end of Jun, he set few bait boxes, spread some blue powder in the crawl space and some spots can't set the bait box, left two big boxes in the back yards no more see any rat running across the room, nor heard any noise inside the house/walls/attic the next day....with warranty!!!!! He charge a bit of higher, but I didn't ask for discount at all....just want the result. Ideal Pest Control, your bait is a treat to the rats and cheat to customer....at least to me...PERIOD!

There was a slight miscommunication with when they would arrive but simply because it was the long weekend and I realize they were also very busy with similar problems within our complex. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE service!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. All this guy cares about is the money, not your pest problem!! We had a mice problem back in January, we immediately addressed the issue and called Ideal Pest Control, seeing as he did have good reviews. He set traps and told us there was a 3 month warranty. A month later we noticed the mice were getting worse, not better. From then, we contacted him over and over and told him the mice were getting worse and then he was extremely hard to get a hold of. He came a few more times, but only to put more traps, which clearly weren't working...After a couple months, the mice issue then turned into a RAT ISSUE!!!! GROSS! He expected the money for the rats right away, as he did for the mice and we told him no, seeing as how he didn't even take care of the mice problem properly. He only made matters worse. So we both agreed on giving him half then and half when the rats were gone. He came to the house maybe twice to address the rat problem. After that he stopped showing up to the appointments and was ignoring our phone calls. It is now May and our mice and rat problem has gotten ten times worse! This business is very lazy at their job, they definitely don't know what they're doing. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A few days ago, I noticed some rustling behind some bags in the toolshed. I suspected rats and tried to scare them away on my own. No luck. When I finally saw one, I got freaked out (it was big!) and realized that I definitely needed help! I called a few places, but went with Ideal Pest Control because of how knowledgeable Khan was when I spoke with him and how well he explained things to me. (I was very reluctant to do the rats any - or too much - harm and wanted to discuss options.) His price was also very reasonable. Plus, he was willing to come by the next day (today). This was great because I was a bit scared to go into my garden. Khan came by today and I was so impressed with the service that I received! He set the traps, removed the landscaping bags that they were hiding behind (and kindly put them in my yard waste bin - which I really appreciated because I was scared to touch them!) He also told me how to stop attracting rodents to my yard. I went inside to get payment. When I came out, he told me that he had seen a wasp nest in the front yard, but had noticed no activity. He got a huge stick from his truck and removed the nest (which was "dead" - it was likely active last year). He then disposed of it for me. I really appreciated that. Talk about going above and beyond!! I would absolutely, 100%, recommend Khan and Ideal Pest Control. I hope you don't have pest issues but, if you do, these guys are amazing! I feel better already :)

I scheduled an appointment with ideal pest control. Khan and his assistant Deepak came right on time and they were vey thorough on their job. They also gave me tips on how to keep the pests away. Had these guys come over for a racoon problem a couple of weeks ago. Khan was very responsive and came the next day. They did a great job in blocking the possible entrances. We were very pleased with Ideal Pest Control who successfully elimated our rodent problem . Upon contacting them we were given an approximate estimate , depending on what was required. Raj came to our home the following day and identified the areas of how the rodents were gaining entry and what work was necessary to fix the problem. With metal mesh screening in place at at a number of spots around our home, this elimated the problem areas. Raj also returned once a week for a month to ensure all was fine. Last fall, I called Ideal Pest Control asking that he remove a wasp nest. Mr. Khan explained that the wasps would all soon be dead, so though he would remove the nest if I wanted him to, he recommended that I wait because the wasps would all be dead within a few weeks. His advice was good - they did die out, so this spring when I noticed a lot of wasps around our upper deck, I called him back. He came over within a day or two, found one old wasp nest and removed it, then dealt with the new wasp nest, for which he gave me an excellent guarantee. He then checked out both attics and found several other old wasp nests, which he removed. I would highly recommend Ideal Pest Control as Mr. Khan was very thorough, efficient and extremely courteous. I will call him for any further pest control issues I have in the future.

Twice, they were able to completely eliminate over thirty mice in one house and a rat problem at another. I had either rats or squirrels problems on my roof. Mr. Khan and his team came to my house 2 days ago and he found an big opening on my roof and determined that I did not have squirrels problem but might be rats. He put a mesh there to fix the hole. He told me that the mesh and the repair he made only stop the animals to enter but could not stop the water to come in underneath it and will cause more leaking into the ceiling and drywall at my front entrance and my garage. He said I have to call a roofer or a handyman to fix this problem. He was very polite and willing to take time to explain the problem to me and gave me the phone number of the handyman who might be able to fix the problem with water coming in under my roof. I appreciate his time and his hard work to block the big opening which was hard to get in. Here's why I think the Ideal Pest Control are superstars: A squirrel found its way into the house and continuously I heard scratches and little footsteps throughout the house day and night. Eventually the squirrel chewed through electrical wiring in the ceiling and caused a short circuit, blowing my breaker. I found Ideal Pest Control through a Google search and after reading their wonderful reviews, gave them a call and spoke with a very friendly gentleman (M.S. Raja (RAJ). I described my problem and he thoroughly explained a few solutions and expected outcomes over the phone. I booked an appointment and they showed up right on time, which as you can imagine, was greatly appreciated. To say they really hustled to assess the problem and come up with a solution quickly would be an understatement - they made very short work of it. And all the while they were gracious and good-natured guys. Then they located the entry points in my house, took a bunch of precautionary steps around the house to discourage any more unwanted pests. I can't believe that they investigated, estimated and carried out the work all in the same day! They even called later in the week to see how things were going!
