No one came on appointment booked well in advance. Just kept on waiting for them. Even didn’t respond to the message, left on voicemail. Highly frustrated with such an unprofessional approach.

After being chased off our deck and out of our backyard by wasps, we called Gilpin’s Pest Control. They were able to come out the same day and found the wasp nest right away. I was happy to learn that Gilpin’s could use a non-toxic solution to treat our wasp problem. It took 2 treatments and the waps were gone. I would definitely recommend Gilpin’s Pest Control. They are friendly, knowledgeable and guarantee their work!

We discovered a rodent problem Dec 25 2019. Gilpins came out Dec 31, 2019. The rodents were very well established in our house and it took over a year for the issue to be resolved. I don’t blame Gilpins for how long it took because they did everything they could do. We did an exclusion and consistently hit them with poison until they were gone. As of this writing we have no evidence to suggest they came back. We continue to have Gilpins come by and check the outdoor and indoor bait stations. Overall we are happy with the service and do not see any reason to leave. Sometimes it just takes time. Very happy with the outcome.

Called a few companies who couldn't come for several days to deal with a Rat problem. Gilpins came right away and set traps, found the access point, which has eluded me, on the first visit and caught the nesting rat on the first night. Entire family relieved, access point taken care of. Rat worries gone.

I asked this guy when he came to my unit as required by law to provide his pest control license he said he did not have one so I told him to come back with it still he has failed to provide his license then after I said he was not coming in with out proof he's licensed Then he looks like he is a drop his later and fight me over me asking for his pest control license super professional bud!

Dishonest company & misleading warranty!! Insects came back within 2 months after spray and company wouldn't honor warranty. They ignored my voicemail, claimed I never called, and then claimed the re-treatment itself had to be "within 3 months" even though when I got through to them finally it was still within 3 months. Very misleading and dishonest (ie. what happens if they can't (or won't) reschedule?) Even after complaining, they only offered a discount and still wouldn't honor their warranty. Will be going elsewhere and happily paying full price just to avoid this dishonest company.
