We had a major ant problem at our house and we tried different pest control company who came and sprayed the area and we were fine for few months but ants came back. One of my friend refer me to Exopest and their way of treating ants was so different they baited the ants with different kind of baits and our problem solved permanently. I really recommend this company who wants a great service.

Very poor service. I had to call him three times to follow up on the rat traps. He told me to plug the holes made by rats in the kitchen. Finally he put metal meshing when insisted by me on the third visit. I was totally new to this problem and now when I hear form other people who had hired other pest controls had much better service. He charged me 300$ for doing nothing. Please be careful.

we had a major ant infestation on our large waterfront property, many types of ants outside on patios and driveway. Kashif attended the site for the 4 visits which resolved 95% of the ant issue and he continued to come back to ensure that I was completely satisfied, which I am. He is a very thorough technician and very helpful. we had a rat issue and at no additional cost provided us with a bait trap which has also solved that problem. he has also worked for a neighbor with similar results. It is fair for me to write a good review for there service, since I gave a very poor review for the 1st company I hired... Kashif, this young guy, I believe is a hard working owner too, come to my house not long after I called. He scattered some blue powders in the crawlspace and the places can't set the bait boxes, set 2 big bait boxes that you find outside commercial buildings. He came back in the evening as promised to seal the gaps under garage doors....(though I stopped him as the way he was going to do looks ugly and would have to screw on the door panel). The result is great, all those noises inside walls and attic are gone, no more see they running across the floor or leaving drops everywhere. Good job Kashif! If can fix the holes with some better way (double side tape maybe..) and reduce the price a little bit ($300~$320 instead of $350, I will definitely give you 11 out of 10:)

A pest control technician arrived at my house and did a thorough assessment; he determined where the rats were coming from and fixed the problem.
