Called and spoke with Sue about getting some work done to rid an ant problem. Sue was very non-committal over the phone, partly weather or whatever, saying she’d pop by for an estimate “when she was in the area.” A month has passed and we hadn’t heard anything from her since, even after a string of nice days. Not impressed by this service. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

I called for advice and they took the time to walk me through solving a rodent issue on my own, before proceeding to hire them. Provably saved me a ton money and wasted time. Super impressed. Their advice totally worked and I'll definitely go back for any pest issues beyond my capabilites.
