Awful service, no trust in them what so ever. They don't have knowledge or experience in what they are doing. If you have pest issue, big or small go else where to get it fixed.

They never showed up for their appointment and then said that nobody was at the house when they arrived.

I worked for them they have no training program. High turn over rates they don't pay on time or the correct amount. They care more about the $$$ coming in rather than taking care of their customers and employees. And ya they are owned by orkin Canada. Highly recommended that you just don't bother wasting your money with them.

Terrible company. Irresponsible staff with no knowledge. They ridiculously set up a trap at the roof attic to catch a squirrel between 1st and 2nd floor. Nothing can ever be caught!! Never returned to follow up. After I canceled payment, they set up the trap on the ground. The should be resolved easily by a simple 1-way door at the hole. What a big mistake hiring them. Just a joke

poor service, ladder had no ends on it and scratched the trim on the house, "fixing " areas where the squirrels lifted the soffit consisted on nailing a piece of medal over it rather than fixing the soffit, looks like a kids repair to a fort.
