If you are looking for responsive affordable and thorough service, this is hands down your best choice. I couldn't be happier with the services I received from Martin and his helper when raccoons moved back in to my attic this spring. The comparison between Bugs Plus and the company I hired last year was striking. From start to finish, things were done promptly and professionally. My roof presented unusual challenges and Martin dealt with it in stride. He just kept returning until he was 100% satisfied with the job. Treatment of the animals was humane and caring...I even got to hold the babies for minute! Martin checked back that night to see if the mother got all three little ones moved to their new nest. Once the raccoon family was gone, he patched the roof and secured the soffits to prevent the critters from returning. I was astonished by the price he charged which was basically half what I paid the other useless company last spring. There's not much more I can say about this except thank you!

Called their number and they answered, even though they were on another job. They came out to see me a few hours later. Solved the issue with Squirrels getting into the attic, identified the area of entry and closed it up. Very professional, had shoe/boot covers when they were in the house, cleared up behind themselves and charged a reasonable price. I was amazed having dealt with other companies in the past, whose service was less than ideal. Do yourself a favour and call these guys (Rory and Martin) first!

I called on late Thursday afternoon & told them of the squirrel living in my soffit & needed it gone. They had Rory come out at 09:00 on Friday & he took care of the issue quick!! Confirmed with an in depth visual inspection in the attic that squirrel was not getting into the attic, only the gable end of the soffit. Rory then got to work & removed soffit, got the squirrel out, sprayed with a deterrent & re-install soffit. He also used metal screws in the soffit to ensure that the squirrel wouldn't be able to slide soffit again to regain entry. As a Fraser Valley Real Estate professional, I truly appreciate the quick response & professionalism of both Rory & the staff at Bugs Plus Pest Services. I will recommend them to my clients looking to do away with pests prior to listing their home or any pests they may experience after the purchase of a new home.

There is no better company for pest control out there! I promise! Bugs in my home make me anxious. Last summer Martin responded to my message immediately, listened to my concerns and gave me advice that worked! This Spring a rodent entered our attic. Martin’s crew came within a day and identified and solved the problem. Completely. Made sure attic was sealed back up where rodent had entered and problem was solved. New insect this month is taking over my yard and starting to come inside. There is no other company I will call. Martin came out to have a look and educated me about what the insects were doing there, what I could do to improve the situation myself, and solved the problem. I called in a panic on a holiday morning at 7:30 am. Martin’s wife answered and showed compassion for my irrational reaction to insects jumping around in my yard. Martin made a suggestion I could implement immediately that would be safe for my children and pets. Fast forward two weeks and I realized I had misidentified the insect and had a second issue in my home. He spent 30 minutes in the phone with me reviewing what I could do in my own and even agreed to take a look at a couple pics. Turns out I had misidentified a second insect! He suggested follow up I could do myself and how to do it. I’m so so grateful for his time and expertise. Highly recommend this company for any insect needs.

I just want to say how amazing bugs plus pest services is ! We have had a rodent problem for a few weeks ... and we called a different company first they came put traps for about 3 weeks ... which didn’t work as the rodents multiplied .... so we found bugs plus pest service and called them not only was the service amazing and fast but they really care for the service they provide ... they controlled the rodent problem with in the first week ! And the owner Martin is a very nice man he even came out with a tech of his to make sure there are no more entry points at our house . They are very thorough and even come weekly to check up on everything. I can’t recommend them enough . If you have any rodents or pests or anything make sure to call them !!! Called around at multiple locations to get quotes to deal with some ants at my house. They provided the best price and warranty for the service compared to about 6 other companies I called. They showed up right on time, got straight to work and answered any questions I had while applying the product around my property. That same evening we had a freak increase in ant activity and I contacted them back and they were very understanding. They showed up first thing the next morning and dealt with the issue (which was covered by their warranty) which was a huge relief for me and my tenant. Normally I don’t leave reviews but I felt they went above and beyond and I have no problem recommending them for any pest concerns you may have.

They did an amazing job. Use these guys!! He was gracious about our cluttered garage that he had to climb through to get to the attic opening. Then he climbed in the attic to see what was going on... found the raccoons nest and closed the entrance to make sure she couldn't get back in. I even called at 11:30 at night. He got out of bed and rushed right over. Thank you Martin!! :)

Very happy with the service received! They accommodated my schedule and came right away since my and problem was quite bad, explained everything in detail, and were extremely thorough in treatment! The 6 month warranty is great so I feel good knowing that if we have any problem come up they will take care of it for free within that period.
