I've been reading some recent reviews to which I agree 100 percent. In some reviews I see this guy blaming his staff for no-show up but it is not true. The same guy who owns the company goes out for services as well. This is a big scam. NO honesty! No accountability and integrity! I have had money taken from me too and he hardly returned. I was not happy with his services. I don't recommend this guy. It is better to try with different. I had mice issue and I still have it. He did not come for follow up as promises. He came once that too after many follow ups. He had said that he would come every month for 6 months. Now I need to find out where else I can report about this company. I will try to reach out to media as well. I've same all receipt, phone and text receipts.

A 90 day guarantee doesn't mean a thing when they don't show up and ignore my phone calls! Always late for appointments, rescheduling without letting me know, then doesn't show up. Totally unreliable and I still have BEDBUGS!

I had millipede problem around the permitter of my house. The employee came to spray the areas. A few months passed by and they ended up coming back. I was told that there is a 1 year guarantee and if the millipedes come back, we’ll come and spray it again at no cost. I kept calling, there was no answer, and I never received a call back. I should have known that this business is not professional when I realized they don’t even have a voicemail box to leave a message. Finally, I received a text back a few days after the 1 year guarantee date stating that I will have to pay out of pocket to get my house re-sprayed because I have gone over my guarantee period. After arguing with them, I was told to hire someone else and deal with it on my own. Also, if you do end up getting service from this company, ask for a physical receipt. I was told that they only give out email receipts but that clearly did not happen and I never received it. Not happy with the company and service. SCAM!!!! AVOID!!!!!

Super Big Scam. I will advise to find someone else I paid for mouse control... and still no change. So I asked him to come again, but he said I only paid for 1 time fee. He then said if I paid another one time fee and extra, he will insure it for 6 months and come unlimited time to do more work on it. After that, he never picks up or text me back. Super discouraged with this. Had to learn this the hard way.

Seemed like a nice man in person. Service is slow... it has been a week since he came to view the issue and he has not returned to work on the problem despite already taking payment. Does not return phone calls or text messages after multiple attempts.

Little disappointed. Had Mice issue 4 months ago. Technician who came for first 3 months seemed very competent and experienced and explained everything in detail. Charged reasonable price. Because of the real bad mice infestation, he did mention that Mice issue will not be resolved over night and require multiple visits. He stayed in touch for 3 months and kept coming back whenever we called him for follow up visit. But when he went on vacation the other technician came for just once I was not happy for the treatment, he did so I spoke to the manager and requested to schedule another visit with some other technician. Manger was kind enough to dispatch other technician very next day. He showed up and did whatever he had to do but since then its been over a month he doesn't reply to text messages and does not attend the phone call. Seems like a good company and they try hard to keep their customer happy and go out of their way to help customers and to provide good customer services but still they have to sort out few of their technicians. 4 star is because of the technician who came the very first time for inspection and stayed in touch for 3 months until he went on vacation. very competent and knowledgeable guy. Can’t wait for him to come back and take care of the whole situation.

I tried 3 different pest control companies, but they couldn’t find out where these raccoons were getting inside the attic from. Finally, technician from this company figured out that raccoons were getting in from the casing of the concrete pillars which were left open from the bottom by the builder. The technician went inside the attic and scared the raccoons away so they would come out in order to confirm that they were indeed entering or coming out from the same spot. I saw it myself that a huge raccoon came out from under the pillar from the opening of around 5x5 inches gap. He sealed all the pillars and to be sure that all the raccoons are out he installed the trap and made sure all the raccoons go out. We haven’t heard any noises from the attic since then. Highly recommend this company. I am attaching some pictures of the work he has done just because I am super happy with the service.

I had carpenter ants issue at my North Van property. Technician was very knowledgeable guy from London, U.K, with years of exterminator experience in UK. I am amazed with the follow up service provided by the technician. Excellent Work ethics. Even though issue was resolved after first treatment but still the guy came after a week for follow up and stayed in touch for few months making sure that ants does not come back. You do not find that ethical service in extermination business here.

great service. our guy came right away. he did a free inspection and told us everything that we needed to do to prepare for the spray a few days later. we are VERY happy to say that we are bug free!! I would and will refer these guys to anyone unfortunate enough to be in such an unfortunate situation. can't say enuff about blitz!!!!!! martyn

We had on going mice issue for the past many years. We tried many pest control companies. few companies charged way too less around 150 or 175, put poison around for mice but they never came back for follow up visits. I am glad I called Blitz. The guy was very good and told upfront that infestation is very bad and that issue won’t be resolved quick. He mentioned that it could take over a month or two and require many follow up visits and involve sealing many gaps and setting up traps around and everything. He stood by his word. stayed in-touch through WhatsApp and came whenever we were out of poison. it took us 6 months, but I am glad we are now mice free for more than 9 months. We were actually thinking of selling the house because of my Parents who are allergic to rodents feces. Highly recommend company. great service. Few times technician did not show up on schedule days but that's understandable as the whole treatment took 6 months and he stayed in-touch and always informed few hours prior for the cancelation of his visits. Thank you
