They did a great job in getting rid of the bed bugs infestation after just one treatment. The biological pesticide is harmless to humans and pets. I couldn't even smell the solution after 12 hours of vacating my apartment. Let's hope that the bedbugs don't come back so quickly.

Not only did this company not get rid of my bedbugs, but got me evicted from my apartment by complaining that my place wasn't prepped for treatment, even though I had followed every single one of there procedures except I had a few binders left inside the futon I sleep on and didn't pull it out from against the wall for them. After spending about $40 and about 10 hours doing laundry, bagging all of my clothes, and completing everything on their list it still somehow wasn't prepped enough because of a binders and having to move a futon 3 feet. To top it all off the gentleman who I talked to was derogatory and rude. I am without a doubt disgusted by this company's behaviour. All I wanted was to not have bedbugs and instead they have legitimately made me homeless.

Bed bug concern at our apartment building. They have their system down pat and focus on bed bugs. The cost was minimal, the investigation thorough and they reassured the tenant and landlord completely. Very satisfied.

I found a bed bug in my apartment. I called Assured Environmental, and sent them a picture of the bed bug. They confirmed that it was a bed bug, and said that the bug is an adult. They were efficient, and sent me all the details for the treatment. I asked them if an inspection is required first just to make sure to see if there are more bugs before any treatment. They said no inspection required because the picture confirms the existence of bed bugs. I called other pest control company, and had a K9 inspection, and they found nothing. They also said that the bug was a baby bug. Just to make sure, I had another K9 inspection 2 weeks later with a different pest control company, and they did not find anything. If I have taken Assured Environmental's advice, I would have wasted at least $1000 bucks for the heat treatment - something that I do not need!!! Worst experience ever!
