Zafar was super helpful! That's in one word. The story was that our tenant found bumble bees in our suite, but they were in a duct and not accessible easily. This happened during the pandemic and it was very hard for us to find someone who can take care of it. We were getting more and more bees to a point that the tenant couldn't live there anymore. I called Zafar as he told me not to worry at all. He contacted my tenants and made arrangements with him. I was very happy that he is making all the appointment arrangements with the tenant directly rather than putting me in between. Zafar was able to get the job done the day after. After one week, he followed up with the tenant and went for another visit to make sure if there was anything left and he did the spray again. And then he informed me that he has done the follow up. I was impressed with the fact that he did that with no extra charge, just making sure that his job was done properly. Zafar even followed up after a few weeks again to confirm if everything is fine. We were very happy with his work and will definitely contact him if other issues arise (hopefully not!)

Zafar was the first to respond to my yelp requests. He offered a time slot within 2 hours and showed up promptly. We have a huge cherry tree which is the perfect jumping off spots for rodents each summer-- so they can get in the attic. Zafar was quick and efficient pointing out several areas where they could possibly get into our 100+ old house. He did a thorough inspection- set out necessary boxes- and gave suggestions on how to manage them. He also gave us a couple of extra smaller boxes for indoors just incase they had come inside. It did end up costing more than the estimate- but I do feel that we are covered. I would use ASM again.

I hired ASM Pest Control about 2 months ago to help with a rodent situation. Zafer (the owner) came the same day, he assessed the situation with professionalism and then he advised a course of action. He installed some equipment that night. In a couple of weeks he called back to follow up and he came by again to install even more traps and baits, assuring us that it might take a little bit of time, but he is committed to do whatever it takes and come back as many times as he has to in order to get rid of the rodent situation. Even today, after so long, he called again to make sure that everything is under control. He also provided 6 months warranty, where other companies offered only 3 months. I felt I could trust Zafer from the beginning, not only to take care of the situation, but to be very discreet about it. He has a gentle manner and was very respectful our home. I would recommend ASM Pest Control to everyone who needs help not only with rodents or insects.

Extremely impressed with this company, I was in need of an inspection and called about 10 different companies to get it done. Over the phone a couple of these companies seemed like lawyers in that every sentence they said made the price go up. Zaffar was on the scene on the same day & took care of business. The price was very competitive & report was completed on time. I hope I never need pest abating again ( in the future).... but if I do; I have this company phone number saved.

I was very disappointed about the result. Making the story short. I ended up with bought two bait stations for mouses at very high price, but what I needed is to control moles. They told me moles will come over the ground to eat it. So.... I was fooled.

Came to our property promptly and removed a large black wasp nest and set some rodent stations around the perimeter of our home. Returned to the property 1 month later to add a couple more stations free of charge. Recommended remedies for sealing rodent entry points around our property. Very pleasant to deal with.

Many companies in Vancouver claim to be 24/7 but when I was in a crisis last weekend no one was available to help me. I called ASM pest control on Saturday night and they were at my home within the hour. The gentleman was courteous and thourough. He did not rush or charge for the late night call. I was taken back by the level of expertise and customer service. They even did a follow up to make sure everything was ok. Very very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them!
