A family member had recommended me this company to help with a rodent issue we had going on for a few months. We had called another company who had came a handful of times but the issue was not going away. After the first visit was made by Apna Pest Control, it was very easy to identify the difference in quality of service, knowledge and experience between these guys and the previous company. Unlike the previous exterminators, the technician from this company identified all the entry points in the house and also gave us advice on how we can get those repaired. Another noticeable difference was that they didnt just throw poison in random spots throughout the house, they actually took their time to identify which entry points the rats were using and placed the poison accordingly. Long story short, its been a week and we no longer have activity in our house. These guys were able to solve our issue within a week whereas the other company couldn’t in months. Im glad i was referred to them and will definitely use them again if necessary

They got rid of a mice problem that I had for quite some time within one visit. Unlike the previous company i had called, the technician was able to find all the entry points inside our house and showed us how we can get them repaired. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had requested for their service based on the positive reviews and honestly I regret it. We had been hearing lots of chewing in between our walls and mentioned how this is most likely coming from squirrels as we had noticed them on our roof several times. However, the technician they sent out ignored this as he never even bothered to check the roof. He did a quick walk around the house and told us we had a rodent problem. This was strange as we didn't really ever notice any rodents or rodent feces around our house and this does not explain how we would be hearing these noises on the 2nd/3rd floor walls. Anyways, he set up a trap and had said we should get a certain pipe that has always been open since living in this house for 4 years closed up as this is where the rats might be getting in from. To close it he was asking for $200...on top of the fee we gave for the inspection this was absolutely crazy. I had to contact them myself again to see if someone would be coming to check the trap and to a great surprise nothing was in the trap. After their service I was left upset because WE WERE STILL HEARING CHEWING IN OUR WALLS. This time it was on the other side of the house, so it had only gotten worse. Instead of getting back in touch with them I had contacted Ideal Pest Control and they were able to come in quickly and patch up our 8 vents on the roof that were all chewed up as well as install other reinforcements around our home. It has been 3 weeks and we are squirrel free thanks to Ideal Pest.

Honest and reliable, this company knows how to get things done! I called several pest control companies and they quoted much higher compared to Apna Pest control. Apna Pest Control took care of our mice problem by helping us identify and close off all main entry points from the outside and setting up poison bates inside. Have been dealing with pest issues recently. After Contacting a bunch of places with no luck (their charges were too high) to resolve my pest concerns I was recommended by a family friend to try Apna Pest and I must say the experience with them have been amazing from start to finish. A few months ago I called Apna because there were dead bugs in my kitchen. The person they sent to figure out what they are told me I don’t have an infestation. He was wrong. There are silverfish and because it went untreated now I have lots more. I had to pay $100 fee and call in different pest company to come deal with it.

One of the most professional company i have ever dealt with. Their services were on point and quick. Best part about them is they are family owned and I have kids at home. So they made sure to seal all the small holes and cracks of my home to prevent rodents from coming in without having to even request them. Had a great experience with Apna Pest Control. My basement tenants had mice in their unit for quite some time and I tried setting up traps to get rid of them but the problem would not go away. I called Apna Pest Control and they had someone at my door within a few hours. The technician notified us about all the entry points in the house and set up traps and poision stations. The thing about Moe will tell you the option to DIY and save money, he gave me instructions on what items to get from Home Depot and that solved the problem. I can so they are very honest and won't upcharge you they clearly know what they are doing and care more for the value they provide.

For the past few months, I had a bed bug infestation in my house that I couldn't get rid of after trying some home remedies. I searched for a local pest control company in Surrey and found Apna Pest Control. They explained the entire process to me and what I had to do pre and post treatment. They sprayed 6 bedrooms at a reasonable cost and the infestation was gone after two visits. The technician was very kind and educated in the department of bed bugs. Very pleased with Apna Pest. Contacted a few different local companies to come and give a quote for solving a squirrel issue i was having at my house. The other two companies located 2 entry points and were trying to charge me alot of money for it. A technician from this company came and located a 3rd entry point that the other companies failed to notice and were charging less than the other two quotes. It took a couple days to stop hearing the noises anymore but its been 2 weeks now and i havent heard or seen any activity. They were on time professional and overall i had a great experience would definitely recommend them for any pest control service.

I was hearing noises in the attic and thought we had some rats or raccoons living up there. I searched for a local pest control company and called Apna Pest Control Surrey to get a quote. Moe sent over a technician the same day and they said that we had a squirrel family living up in our attic. The technician closed up all the entry points and set up an one-way door for the squirrels to leave. The tech also made 2 follow up visits without us calling to check up on the entry points and activity. The issue took place 3 months ago and we haven't heard anything since. Technician was very educated and gave us lots of recommendations and tips to follow to avoid any future infestation. Great company with great employees and more than reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again.
