Looking on the reviews online for this pest control I thought that this is a good company but I was wrong,we had appointment when I came home being at 5 but they came more then a hour early so I had to come home early and the people did not talk respectfully what I mean is that they were not friendly.

I have recently used them to help me with a bee/wasp problem. The problems began when they showed up. ANWAR was very dismissive of my concerns and spoke down to me several times when I tried to ask him questions. When I asked him to come listen to the sound of the bees in the nest, since he claimed they were all dead but you could clearly hear them, he told me that there was nothing and I had a fan on inside my house. When I told him that I had no fan on and it was the bees he told me he could not hear it because he had a hearing disorder. How could he claim to hear a fan on inside a buttoned up house but not hear bees in a nest from 3 feet away? That was just the beginning of my dealings with Anwar. I would like to say the rest of my interactions with him got better but I have had more enjoyment from a bee sting. Overall I was very disappointed with the extreme lack of professionalism and how rude he was. If he is a representation of the company then I will encourage others in my area to avoid using them.

There were random noises coming from the ceiling and we were very worried about it. Suddenly one day there was water leakage, our plumber advised us to call a pest control company because rats have chewed the water pipe. We called advance pest control, they are highly qualified and extremely professional. They solved our terrible rat problem. I am very happy and I strongly recommend advance pest control.

I was pleased with the service provided by abdul as he was on time and professional. He came twice and no rat was caught. He told me i had another follow up appointment if i needed since no rat was caught. A couple months later, I noticed rat droppings so I called them. Spoke with the lady on the phone who said the appointment had to be within 90 days. I was over by 2 weeks. I asked if they could use any discretion as not like i was calling back after a year. She said she would talk to her boss but it wouldn't matter. Never got a call back. I guess over two weeks, they lost a future customer.
