I have not posted any stars. I do wish there was a down thumb icon and I would give them 5 of those. I have been bitten by bed bugs in my apt since September 17, 2017. Very long story short, it took until December 5, 2017 to figure out what was going on when fully mature bed bugs started running over my body while I was reclined watching TV. It took until January 11, 2018 for Steve's to FINALLY show up and treat my apt. If you want to deal with a company that repeatedly cancels and doesn't call and has problems that the customer has to repeateedly put up then this is the company for you. BTW After having my apt ready for the exterminator since early December, "a dream" for ease of treatment (his words), the technician threatened me with yet another delay because HE showed up 2 hours EARLY for the scheduled 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. time frame and I wasn't ready. He said if I couldn't admit him shortly he would have to leave. Of course I was given the excuse how HIS schedule was a mess because of the "big emergency" of the day. I was naked, having just stepped out of the shower, and hastily pulled on my winter coat because all of my clothing and fabric items are bagged and on my balcony since the middle of December 2017. I had to get dress, bag and toss my bedding out onto the balcony and move, for the third time, articles from my living room closet to the tub. I did all of that in under 20 minutes. I have included a photo of just a portion of my body and the damage done to my skin from the bed bug bites. IMHO shop else where for pest control folks. (I selected one star under duress so I could post)
