Ben is an absolutely top-notch professional, and an even better human being. I had some squirrels in my roof that were driving me nuts (pun not intended) and Ben not only made the effort to get them out, but frequently followed up on the progress. He didn't ask for any money upfront - unlike a previous pest control company that will not be named - and actually knew what he was talking about. Bottom line, if you're looking for an honest, hard-working professional that won't give you the run-around then this is your man.

BEST SERVICE! I called Gray Wolf pest control to remove a raccoon from my attic. The raccoon seemed to have been very stubborn and was not easily removed however they did not give up. They even came across baby racoons which they were able to humanely remove. They came to my house several times to ensure the raccoon was gone. Since my local guy was bought out by a large out of town service provider, I was looking for a local expert that could attend to my extermination needs. After contacting Grey Wolf Chatham, a technician came out to my location and boy did he know what he was talking about. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was respectful to all the tenants in my building. After our initial visit and a follow up visit at no extra cost, my concerns were all taken care of. Moved into my girlfriends place. So gross. Bugs crawling over Mac and cheese, cats and hamsters riddled with rice, and not enough to eat. Tiny little biting buggers they are. One night when we finished being intimate, I noticed a sharp pain. A bite. To close for comfort. I called Grey wolf pest control bc their reviews were the best and man was a not disappointed. Not only did they answer at a godly time of night, they came right away and ended thousands of generations of pesky bugs. Then gave my girlfriend a makeover and perfume, Thankfully. The above story is exaggerated a bit, but the point is, they are fast, professional , and darn good at their job.

I was skeptical at first but Gray Wolf has proven that they can and will take care of all your pest problems! I also like the fact that the products they use are all botanical and completely safe. We've tried several different pest control companies over the years and Gray Wolf is the only one who finally got rid of the centipede issue we had in our lower level. As a bonus, their exterior spider control works like a charm. No more walking head first into webs! We are signed up for their annual package which is a great value and so worth every penny. We live in Chatham-Kent, where Gray Wolf has just opened an office. We called and within a day the rep was at our day. We had noticed a huge wasp nest in one of the peaks on our house. We have seen a lot of wasps around our house, but had no idea how bad things were. Gray Wolf discovered 7 nests! He immediately sprayed and within 48 hours the wasps were gone. Simply a great experience for a not so great problem. I had a racoon that had made its way into my attic. Ben responded to my late night kajiji message first thing in the morning. He educated me in the process he was going to use and even covered up the part of the roof where the racoon got it. I've dealt with a few places in the past for pest control and not only were they not effective, they were expensive and I was uncomfortable leaving him in the house with my family. A couple months ago, I had a peacock running around in my backyard. I tried to catch it myself for hours with no luck. I decided to call Grey Wolf Pest Control after seeing the name on one of his vans in Windsor. They provided me with exceptionally quick and polite service. Let me tell you, these are the nicest people to work with! They came to my house with everything they needed, even a large cage to safely transport the bird. They caught this peacock in no longer than 15 minutes after they set up. I was super happy to learn that they were going to bring the bird to a sanctuary. I was surprised that the Windsor area has peacocks flying around but that's 2020 for you! Good thing Grey Wolf Pest Control was there to help. I would recommend them to anyone for any pest problems, they were so good to work with!
