Bob relocated a skunk that was destroying the lawn every night for a week. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would, and for the price quoted. I would certainly call him again. He is one of the few people I found that will actually relocate an animal since he has a special license to do so. Not really sure what all the other places actually do but Bob did the job.

We had an animal trapped in our roof. My wife and I could hear it scratching constantly in our ceiling. Called Bob’s and Ted came in a timely manner. He was able to quickly diagnose three potential entry points in our roofline and set the trap at the most likely one. Scratching sounds ceased immediately. When he removed the trap, he immediately closed the entry points in the soffit. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with the prompt and effective service!!!

Over the phone said it is $85, came to see the house said $100 +$100 upfront for the first raccoon. Nothing got caught And after few months without any notice or permit he came and took his cage out of the roof, when we were not at home. He did not put any letter, note or text message after doing it. Will sue this company although its cost is more than $100...

Bob’s animal removal owner has been fantastic taking my calls and has promptly, safely and humanely trapped and relocated 11 raccoons from my yard over the last couple years. I have peace of mind that my yard, home and pool area have been kept safe for my children to enjoy and the animals are relocated to a more appropriate area for wildlife. Absolutely disgusting. I was told they would be relocating the animal, only to find out they killed it instead. It's disgusting. He's a liar and unprofessional. Not to mention, it took 3 days for them to come. When they did finally come, he was 8 hours late

We had a skunk under the front porch. Called another guy who came by for a quote, but then never showed up to do the job. Finally called Bob's and they were fantastic! Came by right away, set everything up, gave us all the information. That skunk was in a trap & taken away within 20 hours! Efficient, on-time, knowledgable, amazing!

Very prompt response from Ted to skunks in a crawl space and removed mother and then set another trap for the babies and got them, so was a successful job. My only recommendation for others is to get clarity about exact price as we spoke about removal of skunks (plural) and was given a price, but job took two visits with an additional charge for second visit. Totally reasonable, just wasn't aware because I called them and didn't look at website. Highly recommend though.

Had them over for a quote to possibly fix a gap in the roof, and ask about squirrel removal. Spoke for roughly 40 minutes on how we could go about things. After he told me what he was going to do, I asked if he would be blocking the entry point so squirrels in my roof would be funneled into the traps, or if the traps are simply placed in the open (theoretically trapping random squirrels as they come and go through the yard) When he said it would be the latter, I said "So since it's a cost per squirrel we could end up catching some that are not from the roof" I was told "correct" So I stated I did not want to do that, and that I would find someone to fix the gap correctly first. When we called back again today, he would not deal with us because he "was mistreated while talking to me". I guess 175$ for the first squirrel and 75$ each additional squirrel is a great price structure for them when you're paying for a trap that doesn't target your problem and could just lure every random squirrel in your and your neighbors yard. Total Joke, avoid, far better options out there.

Did an amazing job removing an adult female racoon from our chimney and a baby racoon from our crawlspace! Also had a custom piece made for our chimney and were told other helpful information on how to keep animals away from our porch! Would definitely recommend and would like to thank Ted so much for his work!

I asked Mr Ted Foreman of Bob's Animals to come out and assess whether or not I needed a trap laid out, due to soffit/roof damage I had found. I had taken steps to repair the damage, but wanted to make sure the animal was gone. Having looked at what we had done & when, he determined I no longer have an animal issue, as it would have broken out of the house by now. There was no need to lay the trap. I appreciated Mr Foreman's promptness in addressing my issue; he came within an hour of my calling him (he just left). I appreciated his honesty; he did not try to sell me something I did not need. He also made suggestions on how to aesthetically improve the work done to date. Mr Ted Foreman will be my first choice, should this type of issue occur again in the future.

Great experience dealing with Ted. Very honest and thorough. A squirrel had chewed a hole in my soffit, thought they had gotten into my attic. Ted was quickly able to see they were not able to get into the attic, which saved me . He repaired the hole and checked all the other points where they might be able to get in. All of this for $150, amazing. Especially since I had a quote from Pro Trap for $1600!!!Thank you Ted, you are awesome.

We called Ted, from Bob’s Animal Removal, last Sunday about a racoon in our attic. He arrived at our house in LaSalle Monday morning as scheduled and set up a trap. Bob said he would come remove trap two weeks ago and still hasnt come. Has caused water to get into house and after showing up at 6 in the morning to get his trap he never put the house back together as what was promised.. dont go with this company.

Good service took care of raccoons in the attic had to come 4 x as we had a mother and three young ones. Took care of prevention with wire grid on the inside of attic vent holes all went smooth. I would recomend Bob's . Very humane.

I had a squirrel in the attic and called Bob's because they were local and I needed help ASAP. I will admit I was a bit apprehensive due to reviews on here. I can absolutely say there is nothing to be apprehensive about. Bob came quickly, found where the problem was and set a trap. It actually took several visits to catch the offending squirrel, remove it and replace all the roof vents. Despite this, the price didn't change from the very first over the phone quote. I would recommend Bob's without hesitation. Very professional, friendly, informative and efficient. Obviously I hope to never have to use their services again, but if I did, I wouldn't think twice to call them back. Thanks so much!

NO STAR! ZERO! Called Bob about animal luter under my parents 2 story house roof. By phone , Bob was informed about 2 story house, activity on the roof and description of the noise we hear. His response was that he did a lot o work in our area ( a lot of old trees and animals) , he will need 2-3 man to do the job but since he has to be in the town he will stop by. Job cost will be $200 including removing of 1 animal. And 2 hrs later he is in by himself, with his truck with long ladder on it, only to look around house , see area of animal entry and wants to set up the trap on the ground next to gutter/drainpipe. Since I did not agree with that strategy due to a lot of squirrels, fair cats, possums activity in our area, he is giving me speech about safety to claim that roof and that he does not do estimates, he just come to set a trap. I did not want to have anything to do with him and his business, anymore, he charge me $75 !

Used a live trap thinking it was a rat causing the trouble. Woke up with a large skunk in the trap. Ted came out in a couple of hours and five minutes later the skunk was gone and I had my trap back
