Some creature was coming in the ceiling in my room (I’m in the basement). Called Pestroy, the technician came and said the animal came through the door, left two traps not even in the same area, and charged 200$. I later figured out how the animal came in and fixed it myself. Very disappointed in pestroy. Called them to get a refund. Had to wait to talk to the owner, he gave me attitude and said I was lucky to even get a technician there. The first time I used them the tech was good, so they have poor training or quality assurance. Each technician is a roll of the dice if they are good or not. Just my experience.
