This company was fluent in English and French. They were professional and quick to show up. When they showed up they explained the process (we had outside our house sprayed for carpenter ants) and then explained what we can expect in the coming weeks. At no time did they push extra treatments... not once did I feel like they were there just for the money. Hopefully we don’t have to call an exterminator again but if we do, it will be AZ. Thank you
