Darren is extremely professional and genuinely understands and cares about his clients. He always answers questions promptly and does what he says. Whereas I have zero faith in my building's own exterminator, I have complete faith in Darren. This was a fantastic example of customer service and I would highly recommend him.

I was dealing with a pretty serious raccoon problem. To put it mildly, I was in a panic. The experts at DMP immediately put my mind at ease, answering my questions and alleviating my fears. Right off the bat they were able to give me expert advice and calming reassurance over the phone. Their visit later that same day provided me with more of the same. Not only did DMP take steps to ensure the critters were caught and humanely dealt with, they spent time discussing possible solutions and preventative measures so that I can avoid future problems. Efficient and great service. I called at 6:45AM after a sleepless night (because of a strange noise coming from my attic) and Darren was able to come inspect my place on the same day. The problem was solved the day after. Would definitely recommend!

The best way to get rid of groundhogs is to work with a professional company from the get-go. We had a family of groundhogs living under our porch and they were all gone in a matter of a few weeks (despite bad weather) with DMP Extermination's help. They were trapped and moved humanely. Very satisfied with customer service and rapidity of response. Would do business with them again in the future if the need arises.

Thank you for the amazing service. My skunk problem was resolved this weekend. I called Saturday for advise and by Monday morning, "Peppe le Pew" was travelling to a better environment....just not at my house. Highly recommend calling Extermination DMP.
