Absolutely terrible. I had two appointments with them, one they never showed up and didn't notify me and the other was at 3pm but they showed at 1:30. I asked them to come back they but they said no. That's two full days I stayed at home for this and both days they didn't do the work. When I called the company, I spoke to Francis who was so incredibly rude and talked over me and told me they never made 2 appointments and they never agreed to 3pm. He said it didn't make sense to pay his employee to do nothing for an hour but it made sense for me to take two full days off work???. Horrible customer service, absolutely infuriating.
