PROLOGUE...I bought a house in SJSR and the owners where clear in saying that we "had to" treat the house for ants. They provided their paperwork and in there was a receipt from the previous year's exterminator. Having a lot to deal with I figured that I would call the same person that they used. So I did that and they came. The cost was about 425$ I think. The following spring, summer and fall we had a lot of carpenter ants. I would say about 10 per day indoors and a hundreds a day in my indoor swimming pool. I would have to skim off about 50 (ants with wings) in the water, the rest where on the side of the pool. THIS YEAR... Needless to say that I was not 100% satisfied with the previous exterminator so when I saw the Alpha Extermination flyer I called and explained my situation. Without bad mouthing the previous exterminator they convinced me that it would be worth a try. The price was about 100$ cheaper as well. I have to say that there is a big difference. We now see about 1 a day indoors and none in the swimming pool. It's actually jaw dropping to see how many hundreds where dead right by the patio doors... it's as if they hit a virtual wall. I have nothing but good things to say. I also have about 50 bush's and a 15 foot hedge and there are virtually no insects in them.

My experiences: it had been almost 18 months since we saw some cockroaches in our apartment and asked them for cockroaches treatments. They were coming for treatments almost each month and after 18 months, still nothing! However we moved from that building but I heard from one of people who still living there, they are still dealing with it. I will not recommend them at all

I think, we are living in the same building different apartment as @kate :). it was almost 18-19 months ago when landlord informed us about the cockroach treatments. And we had these treatments almost each month and yet nothing!! maybe they are good with other types of treatments but with cockroaches, the answer is different.
