I just want to write a thank you to everyone at Thermapro. We had found a bedbug and made the call that day, and they were there for an inspection only a few hours later. We decided to use them as our exterminators and they entire process was SO MUCH EASIER than friends who decided to use neurotoxin spray on their bedbug problem. Once they did the cleaning process, which only took one day, they then set up the final inspection day for months later to account for the lifespan of the bugs. And if they had found even just one (which apparently those adorable sniffer dogs can do) they would have done the whole process again, no extra charge. The relief that I and my family felt, even after these four months, when the inspector gave us our final inspection and cleared our place was immense. He was so lovely and even remembered details about where the bugs had been found etc so knew exactly what to look for in this checkup. The entire team through the whole process was amazing. When the owner said that they were in the business of therapy just as much as extermination he was not kidding!

ThermaPro, literally the only option if you want it done right. When you do your research, you'll see that most services use poisons and unsafe techniques. Bedbugs are no joke, and a public health issue. Using heat treatments, high tech equipment and education, Thermapro saved the day. I care about the health of my family and pets, and there's no way I'd use any other company, no matter how much money I'd save. You get what you pay for, and Thermapro did not disappoint. Thank you a million times to Don and the staff, you were all awesome. You solved the problem, you were on time, courteous and extremely helpful in a time of crisis.

Beyond happy! I had a bed bug scare by bringing in second-hand furniture (nightstands) from a seller who just moved into their place and was getting rid of the old furniture. (I only found this out after the sale) I had put the furniture in my home than the seller called to tell me that they found bed bugs in their new property. So I took the furniture out right away and asked around for help. This service was recommended by a friend who works with shelters. I called them up the next day. Left a message and within two hours, I got a callback. They explained that because I didn't have the furniture overnight I should be fine. I took up their services anyway and had an appointment for the I section. Same day. The inspector was very professional and friendly. He explained EVERYTHING and let me help him do the job so I could learn more. He then let his dog help out. You could tell this dog knew exactly what to do (mind you the dog is not a robot and is still a creature who is interested in other stuff). They inspected everything including my car. They said I should be in the clear. Just wait two weeks to see if there is a sign of anything, if not then I'm really in the clear. If there is a sign they will be there for the treatment. Until then live my life as I normally would, but as a percussion launder everything on the highest heat that we're close to the nightstands. So all of my sheets, comforters and pillows. They had to be bagged until they went in the wash. They said it was a very smart move that I did not sleep on the bed between getting rid of the furniture and getting the inspection. If you have any hesitation their price is worth peace of mind. And by the way, it's less than 500 which is what I feared it would be. Additionally don't listen to the negative review, they are just bitter they had to lose so much and are taking it out on the service provider. Thank you Thermapro for peace of mind. If I ever need your services or know someone who does, I will gladly send them your way.

When you run your own business, infestation from clients is extremely difficult to predict and prevent. If it wasn't for THERMAPRO Solutions' professional, brilliant Director Don Prashker, technical team and their quick response, the situation would have being unbearable. The two "super" dogs (Sunshine and Angie) were fantastic, detecting the bugs, each and every time... qualities wish I had ; ) Don't know of any other company in Quebec, able to eliminate bed bugs in such short time for good. THERMAPRO was and is the BEST SOLUTION for people that have better things to do.... Thank you.

After his big treatment at $ 4,000, we still had bedbugs and he always refused to repeat the treatment when he assured us of a 6-month warranty. He came back and did a little steam treatment on our beds which did nothing. After several months of misery, he always told us grab one, we grabbed him and said grab another ... These guys couldn't find any so he refused to repeat the treatment. Yet when he took our $ 4,000 he calmed down whether these guys found it or not. IN BRIEF, it was a pain to always have bedbugs for several months !!! We ended up doing business with another exterminator and we were finally disposed of. Il est revenu a et a fait un petit traitement vapeur de nos lits qui n'a rien donné. Après plusieurs mois de misère, il nous disait toujours attrapez-en une, on l'attrapait et disait attrapez-en une autre... Ces gars n'en trouvait pas donc il refusait de refaire le traitement. Pourtant lorsqu'il a pris notre 4000$ il se calissait ben que ces gars en trouve ou non. BREF, c'était la galère de toujours avoir des punaises pendant plusieurs mois!!! Nous avons fini par faire affaire avec un autre exterminateur et nous avons été finalement débarassé. Je ne recommande absolument pas la compagnie: grand parleur, petit faiseur!

I got bed bugs from a former tenant in 2019. I have tried the chemical spray, which included hours and hours of prep work, purging and washing everything and drying everything. it did not work. they sprayed three times. the place was bagged for almost 2 months. then I tried a do it yourself heaters from a company. twice it lasted a few months, the bed bugs would come back. all it did was melt a lot of my shoes and things with glue. I finally found Therma pro. My only regret was not finding them sooner. They were fantastic and 6 months later still bed bug free and they came to inspect. its pricy, but worth it. thanks guys! from start to finish from the guy explaining to me to why all my other methods had failed, and the process. I told him I would think about it, but next day I called back. I live in Ottawa and was so happy they could come here.

Nous avons dû engager une autre compagnie 5 fois moins chère qui a réglé le problème. Thermaprosolutions n'a qu'une chose en tête: vous faire payer de plus en plus d'argent sans jamais régler les problèmes. Ce sont des beaux parleurs qui, une fois grassement payés, cherchent à mettre le client en faute. Leur système fonctionne peut-être pour une maison, mais JAMAIS pour un appartement. Dans ce cas, c'est du pur gaspillage pour un service carrément minable.

Excellent service. The owner is great and will work with you to fix your issue. Even though it is pricier than a chemical treatment it is much more efficient and the customer service during and after is outstanding. I cannot recommend this service enough

i called them but when they saw i had questions i called for days, weeks and it looks like they blocked my number from all their phones. I made a cash deposit in person and thought all was good to go, there was no discrepancy at all - they just ignored all my call to continue with my heat treatment. i could not reach them for days and even a month later!, luckily i had to go back to tjhe office and i got the deposit back. They are not listed by the canine certification they claim to be on their website. A bad experience and i think you could pack up your stuff, and no heat ever touch it. i am glad for the other reviews, the ignored calls etc, cause thats what i experienced too. im glad i got the money back and did not believe in them!

I really don't understand how this company could get a negative review. They're my saviours!! From the moment I called, Don walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable and informed as to what was going on. The workers were super professional, cleaned up perfectly after the treatment.. And most importantly, I am now bed bug free! What a relief on my family, my brain and my mood! I'm so glad I went with the best, because cutting corners would have never fixed this problem properly. I've had other exterminators, and they all seem to have no idea what they're doing, and the last exterminator who was finally honest, said the only real way to get them all in one shot was with the heat treatments, and Thermapro delivered!! Thanks again Don and the whole crew (even the cute dog who double checked that none were left!). Be safe everyone! (UPDATE: 4 months later, still no problems, especially since I've followed the new protocols to ensure this never happens again!)

It's been almost 2 yrs since I used Thermopro. They inspected the whole building and treated the one apartment with the bugs infestation. They spent a whole day doing their treatment, did another inspection 6 months later. No bugs and to this day still no bugs. A little expensive, but the service is top notch Professional.

Lets say i consider to be ripped off by Don! Someone who talked well to sell you the product and Promised me and Guaranteed that his company and service is the best on the market and He will make sure that he will get rid of all bedbugs and i dont have to get rid of any furniture at all! I was soo happy to hear that and so i took a loan of 3.000$ (cause i am not rich and i dont have such money laying around) and paid Don in Cash in Hand! To make story short... End result he was ignoring my phone calls, Send me a guy with a dog and didnt even pull the dog out to see where they are, i had to ask him multiple times to let the dog out! He finally did and the dog didnt even listen to him, the guy didnt even had any treats to give to that little dog and he couldn't even make the dog get back inside the carry on, i got treats from my dog to give and i made the dog go inside his carry on, that guy told me one thing before leaving but ended up making report inside out completely! Week later.. i get a email telling me i have to trow my sofa out in the garbage!!! The sofa that costed me 3.500$ and at that time i still didnt finish paying for it. Not only that, but they sent some one who definitely didnt know what they wore doing as they ruined my sofa at few place with they steamer machine, ruined my floor as there is scratches from them moving and flipping the sofa and other part where the floor is broken and moving (i didnt have any of that issues before) i founded staples in my floor and walls (thats they way to close certain areas as one of the technician said) (do some like that to a rich house sold and they will make u pay for new sofa, new floors, plastering and repaint) If u garantie your product does the job 100% then make sure you do what you must to deliver it, dont come give me excuses and ignore me when i call or msg, Cause u didnt ignore me when i was calling you and text you before i paid you! The Add of the company well say Garantieed Elimination of bedbugs and i posted that part of they add as attachment to my post to ensure everyone gets to see it! So if the job is not done and the company didnt do what they promised then they should give the money back or be there to do what they should as long as it needs! Im extremely unhappy with how i got served, it feels like i got lied & scammed out of 3.000$ If i could of give zero stars or better yet below as in minus, i would totally give the low is possible for all this horrible service! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at all, there is many ways on how to do it your self and way cheaper!!!! Just take some time to read up on the net!

My first experience with bed bugs and as most people know who have had bed bugs it’s a nightmare. Thermapro from the first visit to treatment day I felt reassured that the job would be done with the treatment they use. On the day of treatment the staff was professional, on time reassuring and helpful to me and my tenants. Coming home at the end of the day the staff were very knowledgeable about the treatment being used and very informative and once again they gave me peace of mind that the situation was taken of. Mais voilà que plutard, nous avons fait affaire à une autre compagnie d'extermination et sincèrement je ne peux commencer à vous décrire la différence. Faites bien vos recherches, c'est des services très dispendieux qui valent pas la peine d'être payer pour rien.

Posting the review under a pseudonym for privacy purpose (not ready to broadcast to the Internet that we had bed bugs). But I just have to commend Thermapro for their service. In my opinion, Thermapro is the best option available in Greater Montreal. We found a few bugs in our apartment, and our landlord paid for one pesticide treatment. The inspector performed a post-treatment inspection a few weeks later and told us we were in the clear. But we were moving and were paranoid about bringing the bugs with us so we contacted Thermapro. They talked us through our options and we decided to have our stuff heat treated in a moving truck. They were SUPER helpful in coordinating everything. Sure enough, as we unpacked we found a few dead bugs, proving the heat treatment was both effective and necessary. Thermapro's service includes a post-treatment canine inspection, which was able to give us peace of mind that the bugs are gone. Highly recommend.

I waited 1 year to post this so as not to jinx it, now I can say I am bed bug free. These guys heated up a moving truck for me for about thousand bucks. I wasn’t sure if it was worth it until I was unpacking a crispy bed bug fell from a picture frame - whether it’s one or a thousand of them, the cost was worth it to leave behind a bug infested apartment building. Also the dog was cute, thanks guys
