SD Exterminating Services came to clear the cockroach infestation in our building 6 times during the last 12 months. The building is still infested by cockroaches, more, we got mice ans rats also. For mice and rats they came once a few weeks ago, now the mice and the rats are walking around the house in daylight. Very poor services, no interest in fixing the problems as this is where the money come from.

My landlord contracted this company to fix the bed bug problem that we have in all the units in the building. The technicians do not ask any questions, spend 2 minutes per housing spraying a product that hardly smells of anything (I saw them mixing 2 drops of product in 5 liters of water!). Result of the account after 4 reminders: we have even more bites than before! Above all, don't waste your time and money with this company, look elsewhere! (Original) Cette entreprise est une véritable catastrophe, je ne comprends même pas comment ils continuent d'avoir le droit d'exercer! Mon propriétaire a contracte cette entreprise afin de régler le problème de punaises de lit que nous avons dans tous les logements de l'immeuble. Les techniciens ne posent aucune question, passent 2 min par logement à asperger un produit qui ne sent pratiquement rien (je les ai vu mélanger 2 gouttes de produit dans 5 litres d'eaux!). Résultat du compte après 4 rappels: on a encore plus de piqures qu'avant! Ne perdez surtout pas votre temps et argent avec cette compagnie, cherchez ailleurs!
